About

GoWOD

Ever walked into the gym and forgotten what weight you lifted last time? I have. More times than I can remember. I train at a CrossFit box, and I wanted a simple way to keep track of what I've done — the weights I lifted, the reps I completed, and how my training has changed over time. I tried using notes and journals. They were easy to write in, but not so easy to search, compare, or look back on. So I built GoWOD. It's a simple, structured workout log for recording your training and revisiting your progress. You can log movements, sets, reps, and weights, review past sessions, and see how your training evolves over weeks and months. GoWOD doesn't give you workout programs or tell you how to train. That's not what I built it for. It's just a place to keep your training history organized, so you can focus on training today without forgetting how far you've come. Built by someone who trains, for people who train.
