Midnight vs Coople

Your person, on your Home Screen. Midnight keeps the two of you one glance away. Write a note, draw a doodle or tap the heart, and it lands in a widget on your partner's Home Screen. No chat to open, no feed to scroll. SEND IT TO THEIR HOME SCREEN A love note in your own words. A doodle drawn with your finger. A miss-you tap that adds up through the day. A mood, so they know how you really are. Each one shows up in a widget on your partner's phone. TEN WIDGETS FOR TWO Love Note, Doodle, Miss You, Days Together, Distance, Tonight, Our Moods, Countdown, Us and Moments, in eight color themes. The Widgets tab shows every widget with your real data and a short guide to add it to your Home Screen or Lock Screen. YOUR MOMENTS AND YOUR COUPLE MAP Save your favorite moments on a timeline, with photos, places and the days you never want to forget. Every date and every trip lands on your couple map with its photo, and the Moments widget brings back a photo of you two every day. Only the two of you can see them. MAKE IT YOURS Put your face on your partner's widgets with a Memoji or a photo, name your space, add a cover photo and choose an app icon. Connect in seconds with a six-digit code or a QR code. MILES APART, STILL CLOSE Count the days you have been together and the days until you see each other again. Opt-in: shows how far apart you are. Turn it off anytime. ONE QUESTION. TWO REAL ANSWERS. Write your answer and it stays sealed until your partner writes theirs. Then both open at once. The second person has 36 hours, so you never need to be online together. GAMES AND DATE IDEAS Would You Rather, Who's More Likely To, Red Flag Green Flag and Blind Compatibility: four games made for two people, not a crowd. Eighteen date ideas for nights in, nights out and nights apart. LUMI AND YOUR MEMORIES Raise Lumi, your shared little moon, with small daily missions. Every exchange you complete becomes a memory you can come back to. A missed day never erases what you earned. MIDNIGHT PRO, FOR BOTH OF YOU Everything in Midnight comes with Midnight Pro: all ten widgets and their themes, moments and your couple map, notes, doodles, miss-you taps and moods, Lumi, the date ideas, a new question every day and the four games. One subscription covers both linked partners. New subscribers can start the yearly plan with a 14-day free trial, and we remind you two days before it ends. Midnight Pro is a weekly or yearly subscription that renews automatically unless it is cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you start a free trial, the yearly price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The price, billing period and any trial are shown before you buy. Shared questions need Midnight 5 or later and iOS 26 on both phones. iOS decides how often widgets refresh. Coople is the lock screen made for two. Send a quick doodle. Share what you're up to. See your person's animal avatar update the moment they think of you — all without opening a single app. HOW IT WORKS Pair with your partner using a simple 6-digit code. From then on, anything you send shows up right on their lock screen — no notifications to dismiss, no feed to scroll. Just a quiet little window into each other's day. DRAW SOMETHING Sketch a quick doodle with your finger. Send it. It appears on their lock screen in seconds. SHARE A STATUS Driving, sleeping, thinking of you — set what you're up to with one tap, and they'll know without asking. PICK YOUR ANIMAL Choose an avatar that's just yours. Your partner sees it everywhere in the app, so it always feels like you. PRIVATE, JUST FOR TWO Coople only ever connects exactly two people. No public profiles, no strangers, no noise — just the two of you. Built for couples who want a small, constant thread between two phones.
