Not sure which thread you have? Start with a photo and real measurements. Measure the thread pitch on a photo, combine it with the outside diameter you measured, and narrow the result to likely standards. Thrrread Go does not pretend a photo alone can identify a fastener—it gives you a practical shortlist to verify. Once you have candidates, check thread dimensions, tap-drill sizes, clearance holes, fastener head dimensions, nuts, washers and counterbores without jumping between tables. It is built for the workshop, DIY, design, machining and maintenance. USE THRRREAD GO WHEN YOU WANT TO • Identify likely standards for a thread in your hand • Check metric, inch and pipe-thread differences • Find a tap-drill size before machining • Review bolt-head and counterbore dimensions • Compare two candidates side by side WHAT YOU CAN DO • Search by standard, nominal size, pitch or legacy designation • Find likely matches from measured diameter and pitch/TPI • Measure pitch on a photo and combine it with the outside diameter (one-time purchase) • Compare two threads or two bolts, including dimensions and strength classes • Browse design applications and compatible thread combinations • Switch mm/inch, save favorites, revisit history and use the calculator INCLUDED REFERENCES Metric coarse and fine threads; UNC, UNF and UNEF; Whitworth W; R, Rc, Rp, G and NPT pipe threads; thread-insert pilot holes; fastener head dimensions; hex nuts; plain washers; and counterbore reference dimensions. No account is required. Core search and reference features work offline. Photos and measurements, favorites, history and settings remain on the device. The free and referral-code editions show Google AdMob banners outside the Calculator. On iOS, personalized ads are requested only with tracking permission and applicable ad consent; otherwise non-personalized ads are requested. The one-time purchase unlocks photo pitch measurement and special threads, and removes banner ads. Optional Amazon product-search links appear on some reference pages. Data and candidate matches are reference information. Before use, verify the current official standard, drawing, actual part, and tool or supplier documentation.
