Hamster Focus
Read full descriptionHide full description
Turn focus time into seeds for your hamster's cage. Choose 15, 25 or 50 minutes, then drag your hamster onto the wheel to start. Your tiny companion runs while the countdown keeps track of your session. FOCUS, EARN, DECORATE Complete a session to earn one seed for every minute you chose. A completed 25-minute session earns 25 seeds. Spend them on a water bottle, food bowl, hideout, cork tunnel or sand bath for your hamster's cage. A SIMPLE STUDY COMPANION Study, read or settle into a focused work session with your tiny companion. Build a cozier home for your hamster, one completed session at a time. HOW SESSIONS WORK The current version includes one hamster and five cage items. Start each session yourself; automatic breaks and app blocking are not included. After the opening grace period, leaving the app for more than 10 seconds ends the session without seeds. Screen locks are exempt when iOS reports them through protected-data notifications. A phone without a passcode or a short lock may not report a lock; the normal absence rule then applies. Keeping the screen on during focus is enabled by default. ADS AND DATA Optional rewarded ads let you double a completed session's seeds when an ad is available, and a banner may appear on the home screen after a completed session. Ads never appear during a focus session. The app uses Google AdMob for ads and Firebase Analytics to understand app usage. Before any ad is requested, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission; ads still appear if you choose not to allow it. Your timer progress and cage items are stored locally; no account is required.
