Scrollr blocks the apps that eat your days — social media, games, anything you pick. To reopen one, you do a habit. Thirty seconds. Then the door opens. Not a ban. A trade. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps to block. Pick your habits: translate a sentence, mental maths, two minutes of breathing, a photo of the dishes you just did, a memory game, a workout. Open Instagram: Scrollr asks for your habit of the moment. Do it, and the app unlocks for as long as you decided — from 1 minute to 24 hours. WHAT MAKES SCROLLR DIFFERENT Photos are actually checked. A picture of your desk won't pass for a workout: the analysis runs on your phone, no image ever leaves it. Habits grow with you. Five difficulty levels: at level one you put two words back in order; at level five, a full eleven-word sentence. Your real hours, not an estimate. Scrollr reads your actual Screen Time and counts the hours you take back. A day only counts if you held your target until midnight. Every app can have its own habit. Snapchat opens only after your workout, if that's what you decide. 15 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese. Scrollr uses Apple's Screen Time tools to block at the system level. No usage data is sent anywhere. Some features require a subscription.
