Synapse is a planner that connects your daily tasks to your goals. Each goal splits into stages, each stage into concrete tasks, and progress is tracked automatically. Syn, the built-in assistant, updates your plan from a single sentence, typed or spoken. HOME SCREEN WIDGET • Check off today's tasks right from the widget • Tap Speak and say "add a 5 dollar coffee expense" — it's logged in Finances • Tap Report to hear your daily summary read aloud GOALS AND STAGES • Goals, stages and tasks in one place • See which of today's tasks move you toward a goal • The goal map shows everything at once, so stalled goals stand out SYN, YOUR ASSISTANT • Talk naturally: "move the call to Friday", "plan my day" • Syn updates the plan and shows exactly what changed • Dictate tasks with automatic punctuation • Morning report: what's urgent, what slipped and where to start • Listen to Syn's replies TASKS • Today, Tomorrow, In two days, This week and Later • Set a day, a deadline like "by 6 pm" or a time slot like "10:00–11:30" • Repeat by weekday or day of the month, subtasks, reminders • Missed tasks stay on your list, so nothing quietly disappears FINANCES • Log an expense in one line: "coffee 4" — amount and category are filled in for you • Debts, savings jars and subscriptions with monthly totals • See how much money is free right now, no spreadsheets needed FOCUS AND CALM • Pomodoro you can see: time drains like a wave, a fuse burns down under the timer • Meditation with rain, forest, fireplace, night and more — each sound has its own living scene ALSO INCLUDED • Notes with folders and shopping lists • Daily progress and a two-week chart on the My Focus screen • 22 color themes, light and dark mode, adjustable text size YOUR DATA Tasks, goals, lists and notes live on your iPhone and in your personal iCloud. Want them on your computer too? Turn on device sync and open synapseapp.ru — data travels end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read it. If iCloud is off, the app lets you know, and you can export a full backup as a single file. No ad trackers, no advertising identifier. Planning works offline; only the assistant and sync need an internet connection.
