1Howz vs The Task App

1Howz - Everything Your Group Needs in One App 1Howz helps groups, associations, cooperatives, unions, clubs, churches, estates, alumni groups, and communities manage their members and daily activities with less stress. Instead of using different apps for members, money, meetings, chats, documents, and announcements, 1Howz brings everything together in one place. Manage Members Add members, update profiles, approve new members, invite people by link or email, and keep member records organized. Group leaders can also manage roles, positions, and permissions so the right people have the right access. Track Money Clearly Manage dues, levies, contributions, income, expenses, pledges, debts, and payments. See who has paid, who is owing, and what money has come in or gone out. Members can also view their own payments and outstanding debts. Follow Up on Debts Track unpaid dues and outstanding balances, send reminders, and keep financial records clear for everyone responsible for group money. Meetings, Attendance & Minutes Create meetings, invite members, add agendas, take attendance, upload meeting files, and save minutes. Members can view meeting details and stay updated before and after each meeting. Audio & Video Meetings Start or join group calls and online meetings. 1Howz supports real-time audio and video calls, including incoming call alerts, so members can respond quickly when needed. Chats & Messages Chat with members one-on-one or in groups. Send messages, react, search conversations, pin important messages, and keep discussions organized. Announcements & Notifications Share important notices, updates, and reminders with your group. Members receive notifications so they do not miss important information. Documents & Files Upload, store, view, and manage group documents such as reports, receipts, forms, constitutions, agreements, records, and other important files. Events & Feeds Create events, share updates, post news, and let members interact with group content through feeds, comments, likes, and saves. Member Marketplace Members can post products or services, making it easier to buy, sell, and support one another within the community. Built for Real Groups 1Howz is useful for cooperatives, church groups, professional unions, clubs, alumni associations, residential communities, student groups, social groups, business groups, and local communities. Simple for Members. Powerful for Leaders. Whether your group is small or large, 1Howz helps you manage people, money, meetings, messages, documents, and activities from one simple app.
