UniTracks vs LuminNote

See what you need for a 2:1. Track your grades and deadlines, calculate the marks needed for your degree goal, and turn lecture transcripts into notes, flashcards and quizzes. UniTracks connects your progress with your revision, so you know where you stand and what to work on next. TURN TRANSCRIPTS INTO REVISION Paste or import an authorised lecture transcript to create structured study notes, flashcards and practice quizzes. Revisit your material by module, practise recall and see feedback on your answers. WRITE AND ANNOTATE ON IPAD Use Apple Pencil on a supported iPad to write module notes and annotate imported PDFs with UniTracks Pro. Export presentation slides as a PDF before importing. BUILD YOUR OWN STUDY MATERIAL Create your own flashcard decks with Pro, alongside material generated from your transcripts. Keep notes, cards, quizzes and saved transcripts organised by module and lecture in Study Bank. ASK ABOUT YOUR LECTURES With Pro, ask questions about your saved lecture material and get AI explanations using that material as context. KEEP YOUR DEGREE IN VIEW Track modules, assessments, marks and weighted averages. Set a target classification and see the marks you need across your remaining work. Use the Outcome Simulator to explore possible results, Exam Cram to guide revision and Lock In to track focused study sessions. Keep coursework and exam deadlines together with your manual timetable. Some advanced planning features require Pro. FREE AND PRO Free includes 10 lifetime transcript imports and three one-time AI creations shared across Notes, Flashcards and Quiz. These allowances do not reset monthly. UniTracks Pro unlocks manual flashcard creation, Ask, Apple Pencil writing and PDF annotation on supported iPads, and further AI generation within one shared monthly Study AI allowance. Pro does not include unlimited AI. Your saved study material remains available after Pro expires; restricted authoring and Ask still require Pro. AI generation needs an internet connection. Submitted text is processed through Cloudflare and OpenAI. AI can make mistakes: check explanations and calculations against your lecture material and official university rules. Only import content you are authorised to use. Subscriptions are optional in-app purchases. Current prices and subscription terms are shown before purchase. LuminNote is the study app that knows your course. Take notes, record lectures, and let an AI tutor grounded in YOUR material turn them into lessons, flashcards and a daily revision plan. CAPTURE EVERYTHING • Handwritten notes with Apple Pencil — lined, grid or plain paper in white, yellow and dark styles, A4 and A5 sizes • Typed notes with a clean, focused editor • Record lectures and get a transcript — transcription happens entirely on your device, and your audio never leaves it • Scan slides and documents with the camera AN AI TUTOR THAT KNOWS YOUR NOTES Ask anything, and Lumin answers from your own modules — your notes, your lectures, your readings. Answers draw on what you actually wrote, so revision stays grounded in your course, not generic internet answers. Handwritten diagrams and maths are read and folded into your notes too. TURN LECTURES INTO LESSONS The Path breaks each lecture into short, numbered lessons — learn step by step, track what you've mastered, and see exactly what to revise next. REVISE SMARTER • Flashcards generated from your notes, with spaced review • Quizzes that target your weakest concepts • A daily study plan built around your exam dates • Streaks to keep the habit going • Academic reference finder for essays and reports BUILT FOR STUDENTS Works beautifully on iPhone and iPad — full Apple Pencil support on iPad, your whole library in your pocket on iPhone. Everything syncs with LuminNote on the web, so your notes are wherever you are. FREE TO START The core of LuminNote is free. LuminNote Pro raises your monthly AI allowances as a monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings.
