Voicely Language

If you've spent years on language apps and still freeze the moment you have to speak, it was never your fault. You were handed streaks, leaderboards, and cartoon owls. What you needed was training. Voicely is language fitness — not language learning. Fluency is a physical skill, like playing an instrument or lifting weights. You don't "learn" it by tapping the right answer. You train it. Every day. With a coach who hears what you're actually doing wrong and shows you how to fix it. WHY HAVEN'T THE OTHER APPS WORKED? Because they're built to keep you opening the app — not to make you fluent. • Streaks reward showing up, not improving • Leaderboards measure points, not speech • You can hit a 900-day streak and still not order a coffee abroad Voicely removes all of it. No streaks. No leaderboards. No dopamine loops. Only measurable progress toward the one thing you came for: speaking. CAN IT ACTUALLY HEAR ME? Yes — down to the individual sound. Most apps grade you pass or fail on a whole sentence. Voicely's coach, HEXI, listens at the phoneme level. It knows your French "r" isn't landing, names the exact sound, tells you where to place your tongue, has you try again, and confirms the moment you get it. Record your voice once and HEXI coaches you in your own cloned voice — the most familiar, least intimidating voice you'll ever practice with. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM APPS THAT JUST WRAP ChatGPT? Under Voicely runs MAST — a genuine adaptive training algorithm, not a chatbot with a nice interface. It tracks your ability across four independent skills: • Pronunciation • Comprehension • Production • Retention It updates each one only when it has direct proof you earned it, then prescribes exactly what you need next. The AI delivers the coaching. The algorithm makes the decisions. That's the difference between an app that feels smart and one that actually is. WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY LEVEL? VOICECAST, our adaptive placement, maps your real level across all four skills in minutes — then computes a personalized program with a projected timeline to your goal, calibrated with the same language-distance research governments use to train diplomats. Not a guess. A projection you can hold us to. IS THE PROGRESS REAL, OR JUST FLATTERING? Voicely never inflates your numbers to keep you happy. A skill moves only when you've genuinely demonstrated it. Your Progress tab shows: • Your skill map across all four rings • Your sound map — every phoneme you've practiced, color-coded red to green • A live projection that sharpens with every session You see the truth, because the truth is what gets you fluent. WHAT IF LIFE GETS IN THE WAY? It will. When you disappear for a week, Voicely doesn't punish you or reset you to zero. It recognizes what faded, tells you honestly, and rebuilds you with a calibrated re-entry session. Reactivation is faster than starting over — and Voicely is built around that fact. WHAT DO I ACTUALLY GET? • Live conversation practice with an AI that adapts to your exact level • Pronunciation coaching with real phoneme-level feedback • 15+ training modes, unlocked as you grow • Dialect-specific training — Québécois, not just "French" • Full experience in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian • 40+ languages to train WHY SHOULD I TRUST THIS? Every design decision is grounded in published second-language acquisition research — Krashen, DeKeyser, Nation, Skehan, Anderson — not marketing instinct. The science is in the structure. The AI is in the delivery. We published the framework so anyone can check our work. This app is the one built to make you fluent. Stop collecting streaks. Start building fluency.

Shadow a native speaker — not after them, at the same time. Language Mirror is a shadowing app for Korean and English learners. You import real audio, clip the phrases that matter, and speak simultaneously with the recording until your pronunciation stops being a translation and starts being a reflex. This is not listen-then-repeat. This is simultaneous shadowing — the method used by interpreters, polyglots, and serious language learners to internalize rhythm, intonation, and natural cadence. Language Mirror is built around it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Import audio from files, video, recordings, or the Share Sheet. 2. Create clips — select the exact phrases you want to shadow. 3. Shadow and speak — loop each clip and speak along at the same time as the native speaker. 4. Use Progression mode to automatically ramp from slow to natural speed across repeats — progressive overload, applied to your ear and your mouth. 5. Track your progress — play counts and position are saved per clip so you pick up where you left off. PROGRESSION MODE Start slow. End natural. Progression mode automatically ramps playback speed across repeats so you can shadow comfortably at first, then gradually match a native speaker's real pace. This is the arc: slow shadowing → comfortable shadowing → full-speed shadowing → fluency. BUILT FOR FOCUS - Clean, calm interface with minimal distractions - No feed, no streaks, no social pressure - Transcript alignment shows timed text as you shadow - Favorites and quick-resume from the Practice tab FOR KOREAN & ENGLISH LEARNERS Whether you're an English speaker drilling Korean drama clips or a Korean speaker shadowing English podcasts — Language Mirror is built for you. Bring your own material: K-drama clips, podcast segments, lecture recordings, song verses — anything with audio becomes a shadowing exercise. Works with any language. Korean and English are where we start. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Fully offline after import - No account required - No data collection - Everything stays on your device
