AI is great at giving you plans, ideas, tasks, and new directions. The problem is that more possibilities can create more switching, and the one result you meant to move forward can disappear. FlowLead uses a science-inspired focus flow to reduce switching, steady your attention, and help you collaborate with AI from a deeper state of flow. It turns an AI-assisted work session into a clear output loop: 1. Before you begin, write the one output that matters now. 2. While you work, keep that output visible. 3. When you finish, mark whether it moved forward, partly moved, or did not move. It is not a complex task manager, and it is not just a timer. FlowLead is built around one question: when the session ends, did the output that mattered actually move forward? When AI keeps opening new possibilities, FlowLead helps bring your attention back to the current output. You can let AI expand the directions while you stay in a steadier, more focused rhythm. Use FlowLead when you: - Write articles, scripts, emails, or product copy with AI - Research, summarize, or structure ideas with AI - Code, plan, prepare reports, or review your work - Get pulled into new AI suggestions and need to return to the current output The core output session is free to keep using. FlowLead Pro is for long-term output memory: - Keep your full output history - Review what moved in the last 7 or 30 days - Export Markdown for weekly reviews, Notion, Obsidian, or your personal knowledge base AI opens possibilities. FlowLead helps you enter flow, keep your output in focus, and collaborate with AI more effectively.

About

Bread in the Oven

A chapter to read. An essay to untangle. One small thing you've been meaning to start. Bread in the Oven turns a focus session into a little baking ritual. Choose a recipe, set aside some time, and settle in with Alu, your cat baker. No perfect routine required. FIND YOUR RHYTHM Use a countdown or stopwatch, choose your session length, and decide how much help you'd like with distractions. All focus modes are available without Pro. Strict and Allowed Apps use Apple's Screen Time controls and require your permission. MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE Listen to rain, a crackling oven or a cat's purr, or keep things quiet. Completion sounds and gentle haptics have their own settings. SEE THE TIME YOU MADE Find saved sessions on your Bread Rack and look back through your statistics. Keep your records on this device, or choose iCloud to sync saved history. Running timers and unredeemed focus time stay on the device where they began. WORK ON SOMETHING OVER A FEW SESSIONS Pro tasks let you come back to the same piece of work. Focus time adds up across sessions; food is awarded when you explicitly complete the task, not every time the timer ends. Try the free task demo first: it creates no real history or rewards. MORE ROOM WITH PRO Basic focus sessions are unlimited. Pro adds features including custom categories, custom focus cycles, more ambient sounds and mixing, manual history entries, monthly statistics, tasks and the Forest Night scene. Forest Night has a free preview. Check the in-app purchase screen for the benefits included in your version. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Trial eligibility and prices are shown before purchase. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. If Pro ends, your saved history and notes are kept. A QUIETER KIND OF COMPANY No ads, cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral analytics. Share cards are made on your device and are shared only when you choose.
