BumpTrackr
Read full descriptionHide full description
BumpTrackr is your all-in-one companion for every stage of pregnancy — and beyond. Whether you just found out you're expecting, timing contractions in the delivery room, or navigating baby's first days at home, the app adapts to where you are. WEEK-BY-WEEK PROGRESS See your baby's size, weight, and developmental milestones each week with medically sourced facts from the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and ACOG. Fun size comparisons (your baby is the size of a mango!) keep things lighthearted while detailed development notes keep you informed. Your due date is always visible on the home screen alongside the countdown. PARTNER SYNC Invite your partner and track together. Appointments, symptoms, checklists, milestones, and more sync instantly between both devices via iCloud. Each entry shows who logged it. Photos and journal notes stay private on each device. Only people you explicitly invite can see your data. SMART CHECKLIST No more guessing what to do when. The checklist automatically prioritizes tasks based on your trimester — from scheduling your first prenatal visit and NIPT screening in the first trimester, to packing your hospital bag and installing the car seat in the third. After delivery, the checklist transforms into newborn care categories: Feeding, Sleep & Routine, Health & Safety, Admin & Insurance, and Self-Care. Add your own items too. SYMPTOM TRACKING & KICK COUNTER Log symptoms with quick-entry buttons that adapt to your stage — nausea and fatigue early on, heartburn mid-pregnancy, kick counting from week 20, and postpartum recovery tracking after delivery. View weekly trends to spot patterns over time. CONTRACTION TIMER Time contractions with a beautiful full-screen timer that tracks duration, frequency, and interval. Built-in guidance explains the difference between Braxton Hicks and real labor, and tells you when to call your provider using the 5-1-1 rule. LABOR MODE Starting at week 37, enter a dedicated full-screen Labor Mode with a contraction timer, your birth plan summary at a glance, and critical contacts with one-tap calling. Everything you need when it's go time. BIRTH PLAN BUILDER Create a comprehensive birth plan covering labor preferences, pain management, delivery positions, newborn care, and postpartum plans. Share it with your partner, doula, or care team. POSTPARTUM TRANSFORMATION When baby arrives, record the delivery details and watch the entire app transform. The home screen shows baby's age and birth stats. Checklists switch to newborn essentials. Symptom tracking becomes recovery tracking. Appointment quick-adds change to pediatrician visits and vaccinations. Every tab adapts. SMART NOTIFICATIONS Choose your notification pace — Minimal (essentials only), Balanced (weekly tips plus reminders), or Everything. Notifications are trimester-aware and generated entirely on your device. No servers, no push infrastructure. APPOINTMENTS & CALENDAR SYNC Track prenatal visits and sync them to your device calendar. Quick-add suggestions adapt by trimester during pregnancy, then switch to well-baby checkups, vaccination visits, and lactation consultants after delivery. MILESTONES & JOURNAL Capture memorable moments with photos and notes. Record the first heartbeat, gender reveal, baby shower, and everything in between. CRITICAL INFORMATION Keep emergency contacts, hospital details, insurance info, and pediatrician information in one place — accessible when you need them most. DESIGNED FOR EVERY PARENT Whether you're Mom, Dad, or a support partner — BumpTrackr works for you. Gender-neutral by default with personalized greetings. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Data is stored on your device and syncs via your personal iCloud account. No third-party accounts, no external servers, no tracking. Optional partner sharing uses Apple's CloudKit — only people you invite can access your data. Built-in backup lets you export and restore anytime.

I have type 1, and I built T1DAL because the apps I could find either wanted to work out my insulin or wanted to grade me. This one does neither. It never suggests a dose, and nothing in it scores your diabetes. THE PREBOLUS NUDGE Taking insulin before a meal instead of during it is the habit that helps most and slips most. T1DAL learns when you actually eat and asks, a little before: "Lunch soon. Insulin first?" A question about sequence, with no number in it. You pick which meals get one, you can add your own, and a meal logged ahead puts a count to it on your lock screen. LOGGING IN ONE TAP From the app, the lock screen, the widget, or the notification itself. What you ate and when. Never how much you took. CARBS OFF THE LABEL Scan the barcode on a pack and the carbs come from the label. Eating at a chain? About 25,000 menu items from 91 chains, public health department data kept on the phone so it works with no signal, with the year it comes from stated at the top of the screen. Correct a number once and the app remembers that food. YOUR GLUCOSE HISTORY If your CGM app shares to Apple Health, T1DAL can read it with your permission and show the last fourteen days: time in range, overnight average, night lows, and how long your sensor has left. It is a picture of what happened, not a live number and not an alarm. It stays on the phone and is never written back. THE REFERENCE SHELF Seventy-five terms in plain words. Pieces about the parts nobody briefs you on: broken sleep, rationing supplies, burnout, the mental load, the first months. Device and insulin-cost helplines, crisis lines, and a search of the public provider registry for an endocrinologist. All of it works offline. SOMEWHERE TO PUT THE HARD DAYS A four-question check-in with no score, and a journal nobody reads but you. On iPhones with the model built into iOS, T1DAL can reflect an entry back to you, written on the phone, with nothing sent anywhere. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO SERVER Nothing to sign up for. Everything lives on your phone. Export all of it to a file, or delete all of it, from inside the app. T1DAL is a wellness app, not a medical device, and not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never suggests insulin doses. Decisions about your diabetes belong with you and your care team.
