Turn paper, receipts, contracts and document photos into clean PDFs with searchable content in your library with Pagelio — a private PDF scanner, OCR reader and document organizer built for everyday work. SCAN MULTI-PAGE DOCUMENTS Capture one page or an entire document with your camera. Import existing photos, review every page, rotate incorrect scans and crop away unwanted edges before saving a polished A4 PDF. FIND TEXT WITH ON-DEVICE OCR Pagelio recognizes printed Latin-script text on your device. Search document titles and recognized content to quickly find a name, invoice number, date or phrase without manually opening every PDF. OCR search is available inside Pagelio; exported PDFs contain page images, not an embedded searchable text layer. ORGANIZE WORK AND PERSONAL FILES Keep contracts, invoices, receipts, forms, notes and study material in folders and nested subfolders. Rename folders whenever your system changes. Two local spaces help separate personal and work documents without creating another online account. EDIT EXISTING PAGELIO PDFS Add missing pages from the camera or photo library. Remove accidental or duplicate pages. Choose from three PDF compression levels and preview the estimated file size and savings before saving a separate compressed copy. Your original stays unchanged. MANAGE REUSABLE SIGNATURES Draw and save signatures locally, give them clear names, delete old ones and select a default. Signature libraries can be shared between spaces or kept separate. Pagelio records the selected signature and signed status; it does not provide a certificate-based or cryptographic digital signature. DESIGNED FOR YOUR DEVICE Choose Designer Light, Designer Dark or classic Pagelio Green. Select a matching app icon. The responsive interface is made for iPhone and iPad, including a dedicated iPad navigation layout. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No Pagelio account and no Pagelio cloud are required. Your library, folders, OCR text and signatures stay on your device unless you choose to share an exported PDF through the system share sheet. HIGHLIGHTS • Document and photo scanning • Multi-page PDFs with in-app OCR search • Local OCR search • Crop and 90-degree rotation • Add and remove PDF pages • Compression preview with three quality levels • Folders and nested subfolders • Two local document spaces • Reusable signature library • Light, dark and classic green designs • Phone and tablet support Pagelio gives you a clear, focused place to scan, find, organize and share the documents that matter.
