ActiveMind is not a step counter and it is not a meditation app. It answers a smaller question: what should I do right now? And now a second one: who do I do it with? Tell it how you feel, or let it read your day from Apple Health, and it suggests something that fits. A short walk when you are flat. Something quiet when your body is carrying more than usual. A day out when the weather is good and you have an afternoon. TOGETHER, NEW IN 3.0 Bring a circle of up to five friends. Each of you has a card you make your own: a colour, a pattern, a title, your badges. Points for steps, sleep, movement, activities, trip stops and kindness, capped each day so one huge day cannot win the week. Count head to head, or against your own usual, so different bodies can compete fairly. Crowns go out every Sunday night, seasons run four weeks, and there is a hall of fame. Challenges: step duels, flash hours, sleep showdowns, bedtime races, team-ups, and a trip to the moon with everyone's steps added together. Open one by link to up to ten people. Day trips together: pick a day that suits everyone, vote on the stops, and watch each other move along the same route. A stop ticked side by side counts for more. A feed for your circle, with only what you choose to post. React, comment, and send emoji that fly onto a friend's screen. And ways to look out for each other: pacts for two, a promise a week, a push from your circle when you ask for one, and a quiet mode for a rough week. You decide what leaves your phone, one switch at a time: a daily step total, one sleep score a night, active minutes. Never your heart, sleep stages, moods, journal or places. Mute, report or block anyone, any time. A MIRROR, NOT A LECTURE Mind reads your own weeks back to you: what your best days have in common, when your feelings tend to show up, and a line from past you. It counts and describes; it never claims one thing caused another. What helps you lists only the findings you can act on, each with how sure it is. The Lab tests something properly. For two weeks it flips a coin each morning: on some days it leads with the thing being tested, on others it stays quiet. At the end you get a straight answer, and because the days were picked at random, the answer means something. It will tell you when something did nothing, too. DAYS OUT, NOT JUST MINUTES 206 day trips built from the places actually around you, each a short itinerary with real stops and times. Pick a day and the best one for that day's weather and your energy comes first. Plan my week puts a trip on the best-weather day and spreads three activities around it. YOUR BODY, READABLE Readiness each morning from your sleep, heart and effort. A sleep score worked out the way Apple scores it, with naps counted. Stress through the day, heart rate, HRV, breathing and wrist temperature, each against your own usual. A Watch, a phone and a ring never count the same walk twice. EVERYTHING ELSE Over 400 things to do, picked for how much energy you have Places near you that are open and worth the walk A forecast you can scrub through, and what the weather does to you Breathing, sleep sounds and timers Widgets, Siri shortcuts and picture share cards A letter every Sunday, written from your own week PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Every analysis runs on your phone. An account is optional, and only for friends and trip links. Your moods, journal and health data are not uploaded, not sold and not shared, apart from the few numbers you switch on for your circle. ActiveMind is not a medical device and nothing in it is a diagnosis. For anything that worries you about your health, talk to a clinician. move, think, thrive
