CouplesDo

CouplesDo — A shared to-do list for two Built for couples who live together. One screen, no clutter, no learning curve. Open it, see everything, act, close it. How it works One partner creates the list. The other joins with a short invite code. That's it — you're connected. No email, no passwords, no profiles. Just your first name and a shared view of everything that needs doing. One screen does it all No tabs, no menus, no buried settings. Your shared list lives on a single scrollable screen with three sections: recurring tasks, one-off to-dos, and a shopping list. Everything is visible at a glance. Claim it or leave it Tasks can be assigned to either partner or left open for whoever gets to it first. Tap to claim. Swipe to complete. A simple activity feed shows who did what — no nagging required. Recurring tasks that handle themselves Set chores to repeat weekly, biweekly, or monthly. CouplesDo tracks when each task was last completed so you always know where things stand. Designed for speed Add a task in seconds. Quick-add for shopping items. The app is built for 30-second sessions — not something you spend time "in." No ads. No subscriptions. No data selling. CouplesDo is free. That's it. Optional end-to-end encryption Protect shared lists and activity with encryption keys held on your trusted devices. Existing couples choose when to migrate. Both partners verify the encrypted content before migration completes. Invites help you find your partner; encryption keys are transferred privately through a trusted channel. Save your recovery phrase securely: losing all trusted devices and the current phrase means losing access to encrypted content. Historical server backups may retain data from before migration. iCloud calendar events remain managed separately by Apple. One shared iCloud calendar Connect an existing shared iCloud calendar or create a new one for your pair. Share it through Apple Calendar, then check access on both phones. CouplesDo uses that calendar for shared events. Calendar names and event details stay on your devices and in iCloud; only setup checks and connection status reach CouplesDo’s server. Apple controls calendar sharing; disconnecting in CouplesDo does not remove Apple Calendar access.

See who does how much. Keep it fair. No schedules, no reminders, no shame. TallyChores is the shared chore board for your household. Do a chore, tap it — that's a tally. The marks stack up, and the balance speaks for itself. The chore fight is never really about the dishes — it's about whether the work is seen. TallyChores makes it visible: who did what, when, and how it adds up. This app records — it never bosses anyone around. WHO IT'S FOR - For couples — see the real split at last, including the planning and remembering nobody else sees. The mental load counts here. - For families — a chore chart kids get in one try: tap, counted, cheered. No allowances, no gold stars; being seen is the reward. - For flatshares — one honest board, no admin. Nobody can quietly tidy the history, the house rules stay pinned on top, and your data moves out with you. HOW IT WORKS - The Board: your chores, your categories. Tap to log — counted. - Weights: every chore carries time and effort, so scrubbing the bathroom counts more than watering a plant. - Together: did it as a team? One chore splits across helpers, down to the last point. - The Log: the shared history — every entry attributed, edits worn openly, thanks sent with a heart. - Photos: before/after proof for the jobs where proof beats promises. - The Balance: week or month, with a plain verdict — balanced, or leaning. - House agreements: one pinned note for the rules you actually agreed on. ONE BOARD, EVERY PHONE Up to eight people join with one QR scan, or a link you send — no sign-up, no invites lost in inboxes. If someone can't install the app, the same link opens your household in the web app at tallychores.com — the same board in their browser, and the easiest place to build it with a real keyboard. IN YOUR LANGUAGE TallyChores speaks 38 languages, and each phone picks its own in Settings. Chore names on the board stay in your words. PRIVACY BY DESIGN - No sign-up, no account. We don't know your name, your email, or who's in your household. - End-to-end encrypted sync: our server stores only ciphertext it cannot read. - No analytics, no trackers, no ads. Your chores are nobody's data. PRICING Free on your own phone — everything but the all-time balance. Going online starts a free month of syncing for the whole household: no payment details, and it never turns into a charge by itself. After that, Household Plus covers every phone with one purchase — a yearly subscription, or lifetime once and done. If Plus ever lapses, every phone keeps everything it has. A NOTE FROM THE DEVELOPER I'm one developer, and I built TallyChores for my own household first. Our chore arguments were never about the dishes — they were about whether the work was seen. An honest count settled more of them than any schedule ever did. Terms of Use (EULA): https://tallychores.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://tallychores.com/privacy
