For lifters deciding what to load next, PRVault keeps personal records by rep count and estimates your one-rep max, instead of making you search through every workout. Squat, bench press, deadlift: keep the weight, reps and date together. A 225 lb set of five stays a five-rep record. An estimated one-rep max stays an estimate, separate from a lift you completed. - Log your 1RM, 3RM and 5RM with notes and exercise history. - Compare completed lifts with RM estimates and percentage tables. - Calculate the plates to load using your gymβs bar and equipment. - Keep favorite lifts close and follow their progression. - Import strength records from CSV and export them for safekeeping. Review your CSV rows before confirming. Imports add historical records, not workout sessions. Bodyweight, assisted, timed and distance sets are unsupported. Only exercise, date, weight, reps and available set notes are imported. Choose kg or lb if a Strong file omits the unit. Strong and Hevy are trademarks of their respective owners; PRVault is independent. Your data stays on your device with optional private iCloud sync. No PRVault account, ads or usage analytics. PRVault Pro is optional. Records, history, CSV import and export, the plate calculator and iCloud sync remain available without Pro. Todayβs Session turns a percentage plan into working weights from your 1RM, shows the plates and lets you check off sets. Choosing to open a target in ColdLoad does not create a PRVault record. - Annual: auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day trial for eligible customers. - Monthly: auto-renewing subscription. - Lifetime: one purchase, no renewal. Your local price appears in In-App Purchases and before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage them in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
