MyVitals Tracker helps patients and caregivers log health vitals privately on their phone—no account or internet required. When doctors ask you to monitor vitals during chemotherapy, antibody treatment, or other prolonged illnesses, tracking and logging between visits is critical. This app lets you record temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood sugar, and weight—and share the data with your provider when needed. • Record metrics with date and time • Set your doctor-prescribed normal ranges • View readings outside those ranges in Alerts • See weekly overviews and trends • Export as CSV to share with your doctor • Support for °C/°F, lbs/kg All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is shared on the internet. The app does not collect or transmit any user data. It's your data and you own it. Designed for patients, caregivers, and anyone who needs to keep a private vitals log for their healthcare team.
