Expense Packet turns a pile of receipts into the reimbursement packet your employer, finance team or accountant accepts, in one tap. Scan paper receipts with the camera, pick photos, or share a hotel folio PDF straight from Mail. Group them into a claim for a trip or a month. Expense Packet reads each receipt on your iPhone and suggests the date, merchant, amount and currency, marking anything it is unsure of so you can check it. When you are ready, tap Build packet: • One PDF with a numbered cover table: date, merchant, category and amount for every receipt • Every receipt on its own page, in the same order, with the same number • Subtotals for each currency, plus an optional converted total using a rate you enter • A matching CSV for spreadsheets and expense systems • Your name, employee ID or business name on the cover Built for people who travel: • Multiple currencies in one claim, never silently mixed • Recognises totals that include VAT or GST • Reads receipt dates using your trip dates, so 01/09 lands in the right month Private by design: • No account and no sign-up • Receipts stay on your iPhone and are read on device • Location data is removed from imported photos • No ads and no tracking • Export a backup file whenever you like Your first two packets are free, with every feature. After that, Expense Packet Unlimited is a single one-time purchase that unlocks packets for every claim, custom categories and claim duplication. No subscription. Expense Packet prepares your documents; whether a claim is approved is decided by whoever receives it.
