Watch Ledger is a stolen-watch alert system and digital ownership registry for luxury watches. Register what you own, prove it is yours, and check any watch before you buy it. Luxury-watch theft is widespread, and the tools to fight it have always been slow and closed. Traditional stolen-watch databases depend on police reports and manual verification, often taking days, and they are not publicly searchable in real time. By the time a stolen watch is recorded, it has usually already been resold. Watch Ledger changes that: a theft is flagged instantly and publicly, and anyone can verify a watch in seconds. REGISTER YOUR WATCH Record your watch's brand, model and serial number. Once verified, you receive a unique Watch Ledger certificate with a QR code - portable, verifiable proof of registered ownership that you can share when you sell. REPORT STOLEN IN ONE TAP If your registered watch is stolen, flag it instantly. The alert is broadcast to other users and the watch is added to the public Stolen Ledger, searchable by serial number, brand or model. Serial numbers are always partially masked to protect your privacy. CERTIFIED CHECK - ALWAYS FREE Before you buy, look up any certificate or serial number to see whether a watch is registered and whether it has been reported stolen. Fast, independent due diligence in seconds. AUTHORISED BOUTIQUES Browse a directory of watch businesses that have passed document and identity verification, and follow the ones you trust. COMMUNITY FORUM Discuss authentication, market values, and buying and selling with the wider watch community. BOUTIQUE STORIES See stock and market updates posted by verified businesses. BUILT-IN SAFETY CONTROLS Report any post, comment or story, and block any account. Reports go to our moderation team for review, and a blocked account disappears from your feed immediately. WHO IT IS FOR Watch owners and collectors, private buyers and sellers, and verified watch retailers - anyone who owns, buys or sells a luxury watch. FREE AND PAID FEATURES Creating an account, searching the Stolen Ledger, running Certified Checks and using the Forum are free. Registering watches and boutique directory listings are optional paid features. Watch Ledger complements law enforcement but does not replace it. If your watch is stolen, we recommend that you also report the theft to the police.

You can't out-sell the luxury watch dealer market... You can only out-buy it! Luxury Watch Dealers all sell their timepieces for about the same number. The REAL profit margins come from what you paid! Pull real dealer-to-dealer wholesale before you take a watch in on trade or buy off a customer. WHO IT IS FOR Luxury watch dealers, brokers and traders. Anyone buying, taking watches in on trade, or quoting a consignment on high-end pieces. If you are building a personal collection, this is NOT for you. REAL WHOLESALE DEALS Every figure comes from dealer-to-dealer transactions and offers, never from public listing prices. You get low, median and high, plus the number of comps behind the range so you know how much weight it carries. That wholesale number is your floor: buy under it and there is always a wholesale out. PRICE AGAINST ONE REAL SALE A blended median is not always the right answer. Open a reference and read the individual sales behind the range. Tap any one of them and the calculator stops working off the median and prices the deal against that exact sale instead. The panel says which of the two you are reading, every time. WHAT DEALERS ARE HUNTING Comps tell you what a watch sold for. The hunters board tells you what the trade is trying to buy right now, which moves first. See how many different dealers asked for a reference in the last seven days, whether that is up or down on the week before, and which dials and bracelets they want. Dealer identities and original messages are never shown. PRICE A DEAL IN PLAIN ENGLISH Describe the trade the way you would say it out loud: a customer trades a 16570 toward a complete set. Every leg comes back priced, with the trade credit, the sale price and your estimated profit. Type the exact figure you were asked for and the margin works backward from it, because a dealer gets asked for $12,500, not for eleven percent. COMPARABLE, NOT AVERAGED Filter by dial, bracelet, condition and what is included, so a watch-only piece is never averaged against a complete set. Each slice carries its own comp count, because at this end of the market that difference is real money. 30-DAY TRENDS See which way a reference has moved over the last month before you commit. Movers are compared like for like, so nothing looks like it is cooling just because last month happened to be full sets. ALSO IN THE APP Rolex serial ranges and clasp codes, with where the engraving lives on each era. Your last ten references on the home screen. Eight display currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, HKD, AED and SGD. Face ID, so your numbers are not left open at a show. THE PHONE AND THE DESK The app is built for the floor: price a trade with the customer in front of you. Favorites, comparing four references side by side, branded client quotes and your client list are on the website, on this same account and subscription. Already a subscriber?
