MemoryForge vs GPA Calculator

MemoryForge turns any subject into lasting knowledge — powered by proven spaced repetition science and AI that builds your cards for you. **Build cards faster. Remember longer.** Create memory cards from a topic with AI, then review and save them when they are ready. Turn notes, worksheets, and study material into memory cards with Photo to Card. Review on the train, at home, or anywhere — your core decks and reviews stay available offline. Use Child Mode from the Parent Dashboard to suppress ads, tracking, and purchase screens while checking recent on-device study activity. **Study Smarter with SM-2 Spaced Repetition** MemoryForge uses the battle-tested SM-2 algorithm to schedule exactly which cards you need to review each day. Rate each card Again, Hard, Good, or Easy — the algorithm adapts in real time. Cards you know well disappear for days or weeks; cards you struggle with return sooner. You learn faster and forget less. **AI Card Generation** Type a topic — "Organic Chemistry", "JLPT N3 Vocabulary", "AWS Certifications" — set a quantity, and let MemoryForge generate a full deck in seconds. Powered by GPT-4o or DeepSeek, the AI produces front/back pairs with optional study notes, ready to review immediately. **Offline-First. Always Ready.** Every core feature works without a network connection. Your decks, reviews, and statistics are stored locally on your device. Open the app and start reviewing — no login required. **Two Review Modes** Reveal Mode: Tap to slide the answer into view for a clean, distraction-free experience. Most GPA apps get the math wrong. They average your letter grades and ignore credit hours, so a 4-credit class counts the same as a 1-credit elective. That is not how your school calculates your GPA, and it can hand you a number that is simply incorrect. Honor Roll does it the right way. It weights every grade by its credit hours, exactly like your registrar, so the GPA you see is the GPA you actually have. WHY HONOR ROLL - Correct credit-hour weighting. A heavier class moves your GPA more, just like real life. - True weighted GPA. Add the +0.5 honors and +1.0 AP/IB bonus for an accurate weighted score. - Your school's scale. Works on the 4.0, 4.3, and 5.0 scales, or set a fully custom scale. - No ads, ever. No banners, no pop-ups, no selling your data. - 100% on your device. No account, no sign-up, nothing uploaded. FREE - Calculate one term's GPA with proper credit-hour weighting. - Pick your school's grading scale (4.0, 4.3, 5.0, or custom). - Enter a GPA you already have directly, without adding every course. - Add courses, grades, and credit hours in seconds. PREMIUM (one-time purchase) - Weighted AP and honors GPA. - Unlimited terms with a running cumulative GPA. - Target-grade planner: find the exact score you need on the final to hit your goal, and the term GPA you need to reach a cumulative target. - Export your full transcript to share or save. WHO IT IS FOR High school and college students who want a GPA they can trust, whether you are chasing the honor roll, protecting a scholarship, or planning next semester.
