The shift planner that works out your real pay. Shiftkeep is a focused rota and pay tracker for shift workers — nurses, paramedics, first responders, police, offshore, hospitality, retail. Set your shift pattern once and see it for years ahead, then let Shiftkeep work out what each pay period will actually pay you — overtime, night and weekend rates, unpaid breaks, and your tax — so you can check it against your payslip and know you were paid correctly. WHY SHIFTKEEP We read thousands of reviews of the popular shift apps. Two things people beg for that no app does well: an app that gets their real take-home pay right, and one that never loses their data or forces them onto a subscription. Shiftkeep is built to do exactly that. • Your rota is safe — forever. Every shift is saved the instant you tap it, backed up to your own private iCloud, and never wiped by an update. We have seen the reviews: "it deleted years of my data." Never with Shiftkeep. • Your real take-home pay — not just gross. Set your base rate, overtime and night/weekend multipliers, unpaid breaks and tax %, and Shiftkeep shows what each pay period should actually pay. Check it against your payslip in seconds. • A one-time purchase — no subscription trap. Unlock Pro once and it is yours. No "£30 a year for a calendar," no forced sign-in, no locking you out of your own data. • No ads. No trackers. Your rota and your pay stay on your device and your own iCloud. BUILT FOR REAL SHIFT WORK Most shift apps stop at a colour on a calendar. Shiftkeep does the job the calendar can't: • A set-once rotation engine — any cycle length, including long offshore and emergency-service patterns, projected years ahead. • A real pay engine — base rate, overtime and penalty multipliers, unpaid breaks, arbitrary contracted hours (not locked to 40/80), tax and deductions, and weekly / fortnightly / monthly pay periods. • Payslip check — a clean per-period breakdown (gross to penalties to breaks to tax to net) you hold against your real payslip. Export as PDF or CSV. • Reliable shift reminders that actually fire, a widget that survives iOS updates, and a proper dark mode for night shifts. SHIFTKEEP PRO Free forever: the full rotation calendar, unlimited shift types, reliable reminders, and month view. Pro (one-time / lifetime unlock) adds the pay engine — penalty rates, tax and take-home, payday periods, the payslip-check summary, earnings reports, PDF/CSV export, multi-job, and widgets. WHAT SHIFTKEEP IS NOT Not a staff-scheduling tool for managers. Not a payroll or tax-filing product — the pay figures are your own informational estimate to check against your payslip, not payroll or financial advice. Not an account-based or cloud-login app. IMPORTANT Shiftkeep's pay figures are an informational estimate based on the rates you enter, to help you check your own payslip. They are not payroll, tax, or financial advice. Privacy Policy: https://imzapp.com/privacy.html Questions? info@imzapp.com — a real human, within 48 hours.
