KidsPlaner is the app for parents who want to stay on top of their children's school days. Enter the timetable once — after that it lives on your Home Screen, in Siri, and in an overview of the whole school year. A PLAN FOR EVERY CHILD • A profile per child, with its own colour, its own periods and its own subjects. • Individual times per child, breaks included — handy when the schools run on different bells. • Switch between children with a tap. • Everything about a child in one place: timetable, subjects, holidays and events. NOW AND NEXT • The lesson in progress and what follows it. • Tomorrow's schedule the evening before. • If tomorrow is free, you will know today. • So you know at bag-packing time whether it is a PE or an instrument day. WIDGETS ON THE HOME SCREEN • Timetable widget in three sizes: current lesson, the next few lessons, or the whole day. • School year widget: every month side by side, with holidays, public holidays and events. • Each widget can be set to a different child. • So the plan is there without opening the app. HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS • Enter school holidays and days off • Field trips, parents' evenings, sports days: anything that is not a lesson. • Holidays are set per child, useful when your kids attend different schools. • Pull holidays and events out of a calendar you already subscribe to (KidsPlaner Pro). THE SCHOOL YEAR AT A GLANCE • A school year view, with holidays, public holidays and events marked. • Page through it a month at a time without losing the overview. • So you can see the next days off. SIRI AND SPOTLIGHT • "What's next in KidsPlaner?" — Siri answers without you opening the app (requires Siri AI) • Five shortcuts: next lesson, today, any day, next event, holidays. • Find subjects and events from Spotlight, if you allow it. PLANNING TOGETHER • Share a child's plan with a second iCloud account, reading only or editing too (KidsPlaner Pro). • Whoever accepts an invitation does not need Pro themselves. ON IPHONE AND IPAD • Built for both. • Kept in sync across your devices through iCloud. • Works offline — the timetable is always there. KIDSPLANER PRO KidsPlaner is free. Every child, timetable, subject, holiday, event, widget, Siri shortcut and the school year view are included, with no limits and no purchase. Two features are part of KidsPlaner Pro, an in-app purchase: • Share a child's timetable with a second iCloud account. • Import holidays and events from the device calendar. One purchase, no subscription, shared through Family Sharing. Holidays and events can also be entered by hand without Pro. School Plan is the app for parents who want to know at a glance what their children are doing at school, day by day and hour by hour. THE WEEKLY TIMETABLE Enter the class timetable once: Monday to Friday, with each subject in its own colour, plus teacher and room. Swipe sideways to move to the next week. LUNCH, HOMEWORK AND PLAYTIME Beyond lessons, mark the other moments of the school day. They can change from one day to the next, just like in real life. SEVERAL CHILDREN, ONE TAP TO SWITCH Each child has their own colour, class and timetable. Choose at the top whose week you want to see. THE TIMETABLE CHANGES? NO PROBLEM If the timetable changes during the year, create a new version starting from that week: past weeks stay as they were. For a substitute teacher or a room change, just change that single day. A CALENDAR WITH HOLIDAYS ALREADY IN Christmas, Easter, Easter Monday and all Italian national holidays appear automatically, and you can add your town's patron saint day. Mark school holidays, bridge days, school trips and early dismissals for all your children or just one: closures appear striped in the timetable, and after an early dismissal the remaining hours are greyed out. NEW SCHOOL YEAR IN ONE TAP In September, move up to the next class while keeping the same time slots: you only need to enter the new subjects. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no ads, no data collected. Everything stays on your iPhone. School Plan also works in dark mode, and is available in Italian, English, Chinese and Spanish.
