The clearest difference is rating: Arkey at 5.0 against Roku · Remote Control TV's 4.3. Arkey also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). Roku · Remote Control TV's advantage is ratings volume (135 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Roku · Remote Control TV sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Arkey sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
