TRIPTI.ai vs WeGoing!

Planning a group trip shouldn't feel like herding cats. TRIPTI.ai helps friend groups pick dates, build itineraries, and coordinate logistics — without the endless group chat back-and-forth. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a trip and invite your group 2. Everyone shares when they're available 3. The group narrows down to the best dates 4. Lock the dates and start planning the details SMART DATE COORDINATION Stop scrolling through 47 messages to figure out when everyone's free. TRIPTI.ai collects availability, surfaces the best options, and helps your group commit — even if not everyone can make it. ITINERARY PLANNING Crowdsource ideas from the group, then pull it all together into a shared plan everyone can see. ACCOMMODATION & EXPENSES Compare stay options, vote on preferences, and track shared costs so nobody gets stuck with the math. CIRCLES — YOUR CREW, ALL IN ONE PLACE Every trip lives in a circle: your friend group's home base. Plans, chat, and shared history stay with the group, so the next trip starts with momentum instead of a blank slate. EVENTS & GATHERINGS It's not just the big trips. Host a dinner, a game night, a birthday, or a pre-trip meetup — create an event, share one link, and see who's in with low-pressure RSVPs (Going, Leaning, or just watching). Hosts get a clean headcount without chasing replies. BUILT FOR FRIEND GROUPS TRIPTI.ai is designed for the way real friend groups plan — a few motivated planners move things forward while others stay informed and jump in when ready. No pressure, no guilt. WHAT MAKES TRIPTI.ai DIFFERENT - Availability doesn't equal commitment — only locking dates does - Your trip can move forward without unanimous participation - Chat-first coordination keeps everything in context - Role-aware nudges keep the group moving without nagging TRIP BOOST (OPTIONAL) Want more planning power? WeGoing! helps group trip organizers create a trip, invite people, collect date options, build an itinerary, track shared costs, and see who's ready. If you're the friend who always ends up planning the trip, this is for you. FIND A WEEKEND THAT WORKS Add a few date ranges and let the crew vote. The most popular option rises to the top as the front runner — so you can stop counting "maybe" texts. BUILD THE PLAN Lay out the trip day by day: flights, check-ins, dinners, the one hike someone swears you'll wake up for. Everyone sees the same plan. THE CREW Add everyone going and mark people Ready as they lock in. One glance tells you who's in. SHARED EXPENSES Log shared costs as you go. WeGoing! splits them and shows who owes whom — no spreadsheet, no group-chat math. MADE FOR THE ORGANIZER - The crew is always free - Your trips stay private to you - No behavioral ads Group trips that make it out the chat. "Money is tracked manually only — WeGoing holds and moves no funds. Members settle directly with each other (Venmo/Cash App/Zelle); the app just keeps the tally. No in-app purchases."
