Stop counting reps. Focus on your push-ups. MotionFit Pushup turns your camera into a personal push-up counter and real-time form coach. Set your workout, place your phone where your full body is visible, and start training. MotionFit automatically detects completed push-up movements, tracks your sets, manages your rest time, and provides useful voice feedback while you exercise. AUTOMATIC PUSH-UP COUNTING MotionFit detects completed push-up movements and counts your reps automatically, so you do not have to count in your head or tap the screen. Rep counting and form analysis work separately. A completed push-up can still be counted when your technique needs improvement, while voice coaching explains what you can adjust. REAL-TIME VOICE COACHING Keep your attention on your workout instead of watching the screen. MotionFit analyzes detectable movement patterns such as: • Push-up depth • Body alignment • Hip position • Elbow position • Movement speed • Full arm extension When an issue continues for several moments, MotionFit provides a short and clear coaching cue. CUSTOM WORKOUTS Create a session that matches your fitness level. Choose: • Number of sets • Reps per set • Rest time between sets AUTOMATIC SET AND REST FLOW When you complete the selected number of reps, the current set ends and the rest timer begins automatically. After your rest period, continue directly to the next set. WORKOUT HISTORY Review the important details from each session: • Total push-up reps • Completed sets • Active workout time • Total rest time • Form feedback • Session completion status CALENDAR VIEW See which days you trained and select a date to review your workout details. PROGRESS AT A GLANCE Track your recent sessions, total reps, training consistency, and workout history through a clear and simple interface. WORKOUT REMINDERS Choose your preferred workout days and notification time to help maintain your push-up routine. MULTIPLE LANGUAGES MotionFit supports English, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Arabic. Use MotionFit Pushup at home, at the gym, or wherever you train. Place your phone near floor level with your full body visible from the side, start your session, and let MotionFit handle the counting, coaching, sets, rest time, and workout records.
