Bluetooth & Tracker Detector Protect your privacy. SafeScan detects hidden Bluetooth trackers, unknown devices, and suspicious electronics around you in real time. -- BLUETOOTH SCANNER -- Scan your surroundings for all nearby Bluetooth devices. SafeScan identifies AirTags, Samsung SmartTags, Tile, Chipolo, Pebblebee, Flipper Zero, and other BLE devices. Each device is displayed with signal strength, estimated distance, and detection frequency so you always know what is around you. -- SMART RISK ASSESSMENT -- Every detected device is analyzed by a built-in risk engine. SafeScan evaluates tracker signatures, unnamed broadcasts, signal proximity, duration of presence, and repeated detections to assign a clear risk level: Safe, Suspicious, or Potential Tracker. You get a plain explanation of why each device was flagged, not just a label. -- PRECISION TRACKER -- Found a suspicious device? Use the Precision Tracker to locate it physically. A live signal gauge shows your proximity percentage in real time, with estimated distance in meters. Sound and haptic feedback guide you as you walk closer. Move slowly, watch the percentage increase, and pinpoint the exact location. -- MAGNETIC FIELD SCANNER -- Go beyond Bluetooth. The Mag Scan feature uses your phone's magnetometer to detect hidden electronic devices such as cameras, recording equipment, and other electronics concealed in walls, bags, or furniture. A real-time graph displays field magnitude with baseline comparison and anomaly alerts when readings spike above normal levels. -- DEVICE DETAILS & HISTORY -- Tap any device to see full details: device type, signal strength, MAC address, manufacturer data, first seen time, and a signal history chart. Review your scan history to track patterns over time. -- WHITELIST & SAFE LIST -- Mark your own devices and trusted accessories as safe. Whitelisted devices are excluded from alerts so you only see real threats. -- KEY FEATURES -- Real-time Bluetooth radar with animated pulse display Detects AirTag, SmartTag, Tile, Chipolo, Pebblebee, Flipper Zero Point-based risk engine with clear explanations Precision tracking with live signal gauge and distance meter Sound and haptic feedback for locating devices Magnetic field scanner for hidden cameras and electronics Real-time signal graphs and charts Scan history and device logging Whitelist for your own trusted devices Works offline, no account required -- PRIVACY -- SafeScan runs entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server. No account is needed. Your scans and history stay private. --Subscription-- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Check a hotel room, a vacation rental or a flat you are about to move into for devices that should not be there, and see in plain words what this app can and cannot find. EVERY SCAN IS FREE No account, no trial, no scan limit. You see every result without paying. The optional Pro upgrade only removes ads and lifts the limit on PDF exports. WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES - Lists every device advertising a service on the Wi-Fi you are connected to, with its name, its IP address and the services it offers - Scores each one on how much it looks like an IP camera (RTSP, ONVIF, NVR and camera-style names) - Lists Bluetooth Low Energy devices nearby with signal strength and an estimated distance, and flags names used by cameras and recorders - Walks you through a room inspection: 29 checkpoints in 5 groups — smoke detectors, sockets, USB chargers, alarm clocks, picture frames, vents - Turns on the torch with a live camera preview so you can sweep surfaces for the small bright dot a lens reflects - Saves each scan as a report with a place name. Scan the same place again and the devices that were not there last time are marked NEW - Exports a report as a PDF to keep or send (the first PDF is free) WHAT IT CANNOT DO, STATED PLAINLY An iPhone has no radio receiver for RF sweeping. Apps that animate a radar dial and call it RF detection are showing you an animation. This one does not. It cannot find a camera that records to a local card and never touches the network. It cannot find one on a different Wi-Fi network, or on a router with client isolation switched on. The torch sweep is you looking at a screen: it is a manual aid, not a detector, and it does not see infrared. A high camera score is not a camera. It means that device advertises services cameras commonly use — a network video recorder and a doorbell look alike from the outside. The number is a reason to walk over and look. COMMON QUESTIONS Can an iPhone detect a hidden camera? Not by itself. It can find devices that announce themselves on the network or over Bluetooth, and it can help you look. Anything offline you find with your eyes. Does it detect RF signals? No, and nothing on an iPhone can. There is no RF receiver in the phone that an app can reach. Does the infrared test work? The app shows the back camera's live view so you can check a remote control emits IR and then sweep the room. Most iPhone cameras filter out 940 nm, the wavelength most covert cameras use, so a clean result proves nothing. Does it need an account or internet? Neither. Scanning is local, nothing is uploaded, there is no sign-up. What does Pro add? It removes ads and the upgrade screen after a scan, and unlocks unlimited PDF exports. Scanning, the device list and saved reports are free. What language is it in? It follows your iPhone; the interface is translated into 34 languages. FOR Hotel rooms, short-term rentals, changing rooms, offices, shared flats, and anyone who wants to check rather than assume.
