Whether you care for one horse or manage a full program, BarnPilot™ brings your horses, rides, records, schedules, tasks, trips, cameras, and conversations into one equestrian command center. MANAGE YOUR HORSES Keep profiles, photos, notes, work status, turnout routines, health and vet records, Coggins, vaccinations, imaging, feed, tack, documents, and Ride Journals organized by horse. MANAGE YOUR DAY Manage schedules, reminders, barn tasks, shows, matches, races, trips, and destinations. Keep competitions connected across Schedule and Shows, and sync BarnPilot schedule items one way to a calendar connected to your iPhone. TRACK YOUR RIDES Record GPS-tracked rides with route, distance, time, and speed, then save them to your horse’s Ride Journal. NAVIGATOR Explore Google 3D or Apple Maps with destination search, aerial previews and automatic regional overlays. Mounted, walking and golf-cart routes depend on mapped coverage. SHOWCAM Capture the moments that matter—from the barn aisle to the show ring. • Horse and rider portraits • Rear-camera and selfie capture • Photo Edit Studio AI edits with precise tags • Portrait bokeh where supported • Eye Recovery, Shadow Fill, and Studio Light • Camera filters and finishing controls • Attention Grabber sounds for horse portraits WATCH YOUR BARN BarnPilot Pro includes one supported monitored camera. Equine Watcher provides horse-specific still-image monitoring of visible routine care and limited visible distress signs that can responsibly be assessed from one frame. Farm Watch provides quieter notifications about clearly visible people, vehicles, animals, and packages. Assign cameras to horses, receive notifications, and use Camera Focus for a simplified live view. Supported camera setup uses encrypted credential backup for account continuity. Add monitored cameras as your barn grows. Farm Watch does not identify people or animals, diagnose health, or infer motion, duration, or intent from a still image. SENTINEL Need extra attention on one camera? For $9.99, Sentinel activates 24 hours of heightened still-image monitoring. Enter the situation and exact visible condition to monitor—your words become the Law of the Sentinel for that session. Receive phone notifications, optional email alerts, and a reminder two hours before Sentinel ends. Sentinel does not diagnose, replace veterinary care, or guarantee detection. Contact a veterinarian for medical concerns or emergencies. HEALTH & RECORDS Keep vet information, health history, Coggins, vaccinations, imaging, X-rays, and documents together. Keep one Normal Movement Video for reference and use Video Analysis to review visible patterns. These tools do not diagnose or rule out injury. FIND YOUR NEXT HORSE Save prospects and keep their photos, videos, notes, and information together. HORSE EXPENSES Analyze horse-related bills line by line.
