QR Thing vs Redirect Websites
Price, ratings, monetisation and update history for both apps, side by side — with what reviewers say about each.
QR Thing
Read full descriptionHide full description
This application lets you scan and create QR codes, without spying on you or showing you ads. When creating QR Codes, multiple design aspects can be changed like pixel shape, thickness/scale and foreground and background colors. You can also add a custom logo to your QR code. The QR code can then be exported/shared as PNG or SVG without additional cost, registration or anything else being required unexpectedly. It's the perfect app if (and I wrote it because) other apps disappoint with lock-in, spying, ads or outright scams (like pretending to create a code containing your URL, but it points to their domain so they can extort you later on).
Redirect Websites
This utility app allows precise control over web browsing by enabling users to create custom URL redirection rules using regular expressions. - Capture-group substitutions
- Per-rule source and destination domains
- Rule ordering and stop processing
- Built-in URL testing and previews
- Automatic redirect-loop protection
