Keepr Circle vs Flashtype

Keepr is a private family photo sharing app for the people who matter most. Share baby photos, family albums and videos with grandparents and close family — no ads, no feeds, no algorithms. Just your memories: organized, protected, and easy to revisit. GRANDPARENTS DON'T NEED THE APP This is the part most family album apps get wrong. With Keepr you send a link — grandparents tap it and the photos open in their browser. No app to install, no account to create, no password to remember. If you have ever tried to get a relative onto a new app, you already know why this matters. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your photos are never public. No followers, no public profiles, nothing searchable or indexed. Share only when you choose, and hide sensitive photos directly inside albums. Keepr runs no facial recognition. We do not extract facial feature vectors, estimate anyone's age or gender, or build biometric profiles from your family photos — practices that are common elsewhere in this category. Your photos are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with advertisers. There are no ads and no ad trackers in Keepr. CIRCLES — DIFFERENT PHOTOS FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE Create small sharing groups for partners, grandparents, in-laws or friends. Only members of a Circle can see what is shared there. This solves what most family photo apps cannot: maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents and friends can each see their own set of photos, all from one account. FAMILY HUBS (SHARED STORAGE) A Hub is a shared storage space for your household. Everyone gets their own private area, plus shared albums for family events, kids or vacations. MEMORY TIMELINE Every photo and video in one calm chronological view — a digital baby book that builds itself as you upload, with no scrapbooking required. 24-HOUR MOMENTS Post quick, lightweight Moments that disappear after 24 hours. Perfect for everyday life without filling up your permanent timeline. SMART ALBUMS & PERMISSIONS Organize memories into clean albums and control who can view, add or hide photos. Your albums, your rules. FAST UPLOADS WITH ON-DEVICE PROCESSING Keepr compresses videos on your phone before uploading, making uploads 5–10× faster while saving storage space. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE - Share photos with grandparents without social media - Keep private memories private - Hide clutter from shared timelines - No ads, no manipulation, no noise - Works on both web and mobile PERFECT FOR New parents sharing newborn and baby photos. Couples and long-distance family. Co-parents who need separate spaces. Grandparents who are not comfortable with apps. And anyone who has decided their kids' photos do not belong on mainstream social media platforms. STORAGE & PRICING Every core feature is free: Circles, Hubs, albums, permissions, Moments, share links and the full timeline. Personal accounts include 5 GB of storage, and you can start a shared Family Hub with 10 GB for up to 3 members — free, no card required. Paid plans start at $4.99/month for 100 GB of personal storage, with larger Family Hubs for bigger households. Print-ready original files and Smart AI search are included on our larger storage plans. You decide who sees what. Download Keepr and create a space where your favorite moments actually belong.
