Read everywhere and daily with Bible Authorized Version, the King James Bible app built for reading, searching, saving, and studying Scripture entirely offline, by grace from the KJB Pure Cambridge Edition 1900. Anyone interested in supporting app development may "Tip" from opening Bookcase, and selecting the ⓘ . The objective of BAV is to hide obtrusive distractions while providing advanced tools to learn the source text at a glance. Search the Bible by word or phrase, see where words appear, and compare how often they occur across the whole Bible or within a specific book. Select text naturally, save searches, save verses, and create Selection Groups for deeper study with Colloquies. The Bible is its own dictionary! 0. King James Bible is the infallible word! KJB is 100% free, and for $19.99, Source Text unlock allows USFM imports, or choose to download from available non-copyrighted versions. 1. Choose how you browse: Standard, Historical, or Alphabetical Bookshelves. 2. Decide your focus: Searches will display similar searches and wording, Saved is a primary quick-access selection group, Selections gives specific control over order and grouping of verses, and Colloquies is where you may write and build your own studies now that you have organized selections and can easily track where you were in the Bible from saved searches. 3. Take your focus to a whole new level by pausing where you're at and coming back to it later. Keep studies completely separate, or use each session for one spot in the Bible. So not only can you have unlimited Bibles, you can group each set so if resuming where you left off isn't enough, then you can resume "where you left off where you left off", because each Collection of Sessions has its own "active" Session. 4. Wrap everything together with Gestures and Settings Profiles. Each Settings Profile can have its own Gestures Profile, or all your Settings Profiles can have one Gesture Profile. Gesture between Sessions, Books, Chapters, and Verses depending on your preferred setup. Bible Authorized Version is designed to stay out of your way. Hide or show the interface with one tap, focus on the text, and use widgets (Verse over Photo widget or Sessions widget), notifications, and selections as a study tool for learning scripture. Features: · Sessions and Session Collections: group sessions and maintain separation of concerns as needed to strengthen your focus. · Bookcase and Bookshelves: browse books by order and expand search results. · Reader: customize font display and size settings for comfortable reading. · Search: space-sensitive word and phrase searching by 'match' and 'broad'. · Save, Star, Select, Study: read everywhere and daily - save searches, star your focused verses, select in groups and place groups into collections, and create your own Colloquies. · Local use: works completely on your own device. · Design: intended primarily for Dark Mode use. Specifications: · No opinionated commentary, red letters, or pilcrows (App Presets can be hidden from the Manage Presets option when selecting a Colloquy preset). · Contains italics. · Pure Cambridge. · Customizable Reader: font family, spacing, and all-chapters or single-chapter view. The personal Bible study app that makes your pastor's sermon last all week. Every Monday morning, Scripture Journey takes the sermon your pastor preached on Sunday and turns it into a 5-day, sermon-driven Bible study—built around the same passage, but going deeper into the text every day. By Saturday, the sermon hasn't just been heard, it's been lived. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Five days, one sermon. Monday lands the main point. Tuesday through Friday go deeper—passage, original-language roots, application, journaling, and conversation with an AI study companion that has read every line of the sermon and every line of your journal. • Your pastor, not someone else's. Sermon Journeys are built from real sermons preached at real churches—Lakepointe, Elevation, Life.Church, Transformation Church, Church of Eleven22, and more. If your church is on the list, your week starts with Monday's journey waiting. Don't see it? Request your church right in the app—we read every request and add the ones that are a good fit. • An AI companion that reads your journal. As you journal across the week, your AI study companion notices the threads in your thinking. By Friday it's not answering generic questions—it's helping you connect what you wrote on Tuesday to what you're wrestling with today. • Ask anything, Scripture-first. Bring a real-life question and get an answer grounded in Scripture, your pastor's sermons, and Christian books—every source cited. Ask the Pastor across a church, or Ask the Book on any title. • Hebrew and Greek, gently woven in. No symbols, no Greek alphabet—just the original-language roots of the words you're reading, surfaced naturally where they matter. • Faith at the dinner table. Family devotionals turn the week's theme into a 5–7 minute conversation—open, teach, discuss, pray. There when you want it. • A growing library of Christian book studies. Marriage, parenting, blended family, identity, mental and emotional health—dozens of popular Christian books turned into 5-day journeys, with an AI you can ask about any of them. • Weekly streaks, not daily guilt. Engaging Scripture four times a week is the threshold where Bible engagement starts changing lives (research-backed). We celebrate any engagement that hits the weekly mark. No red badges. No daily streaks to break. FREE WHILE WE'RE GETTING STARTED Scripture Journey is completely free right now, with the full experience unlocked. We're building alongside real readers, not spreadsheets. A few features are marked "Future Premium" so you always know the roadmap—and early users will get a generous heads-up before anything ever changes. WHAT'S INSIDE • Sermon Journeys from participating churches, refreshed every Monday • An AI study companion across every day and journey—it reads your journal • Ask the Pastor, the Book, or anything—Scripture-first AI, every source cited • Hebrew & Greek root meanings, woven in naturally • A library of dozens of Christian book studies—marriage, parenting, identity, and more • Family devotionals for the dinner table—5–7 minutes, the whole family • A weekly Feed of short, shareable takeaways from this week's sermons • "The Message"—revisit the heart of Sunday's sermon anytime • Journal across the week with cross-day AI insights • Request your church—we add the ones that are a good fit WHO IT'S FOR • People who want their Sunday sermon to stick • Small group members preparing midweek • Families who want a simple devotional at the table • Anyone who wants a Bible study guided by their own pastor's preaching PARTICIPATING CHURCHES • Lakepointe Church • Elevation Church • Life.Church • Transformation Church • Church of Eleven22 • Gather Church • Bethel Church (Redding) • Hungry Generation • Mosaic Church Charlotte • More churches added every month TERMS & PRIVACY • Terms: https://getscripturejourney.com/terms • Privacy: https://getscripturejourney.com/privacy • Support: https://getscripturejourney.com/support
