Vari vs Cudex

Vari is the smartest hydration tracker for iPhone. Unlike generic "drink 8 glasses" apps, Vari calculates your exact daily water need based on your weight, activity level, and real-time weather — then adjusts automatically as your day changes. WHAT MAKES VARI DIFFERENT • Intelligent daily goal — not a static number. Your goal adapts to today's temperature, your workout, and your health profile. • Apple Health integration — Vari reads your resting heart rate, HRV, sleep duration, and active energy to show you how hydration affects your body over 14 days. All computation happens on your device. Your health data never leaves your phone. • Flow Score — one number that tells you how well you hydrated today, factoring in timing, consistency, and total volume. Build streaks and watch your score climb. • Every drink counts — log water, coffee, tea, juice, milk, smoothies, and more. Vari applies the correct hydration factor (coffee is 96% water, not 0%). • Smart reminders — not dumb hourly alarms. Vari reminds you when you're actually falling behind, based on what you've already drunk and your remaining goal. • Health condition profiles — safe hydration plans for pregnancy, CKD, diabetes, and heart failure. Adjusts goals and adds caution alerts. WHO VARI IS FOR • Athletes who need race-day and training hydration math • Knowledge workers fighting the 2 PM energy crash • Expecting mothers with elevated hydration needs • Post-surgery patients told "drink more water" with no plan • Anyone who wants to understand how water affects their sleep, heart rate, and energy PRIVACY FIRST Your Apple Health data is processed locally on your device and never sent to Vari's servers. We don't use advertising trackers, don't sell data, and are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. See our privacy policy at getvari.app/privacy-policy. PRICING • Free: basic tracking + daily goal • Premium: $2.99/month or $19.99/year (7-day free trial) Includes: Apple Health insights, weather-aware goals, unlimited beverages, health profiles, Flow Score, smart reminders Download Vari and build a hydration habit that actually sticks.
