Reflex Trainer measures your reaction time with precision, using real motion detected by your Apple Watch or iPhone. How It Works A visual stimulus flashes on your screen. React as fast as you can by throwing a punch (detected by your Apple Watch or iPhone accelerometer at 50Hz). Your reaction time is measured in milliseconds. Two Training Modes Combat Sports Mode Designed for boxing, MMA, kickboxing, and martial arts athletes. Throw a real punch when you see the flash. Your Apple Watch detects the motion, no screen tapping needed. Hold your phone in your fist as a fallback when training without a watch. General Reaction Mode A classic reaction time test for anyone. Tap the screen or move your wrist the instant you see the stimulus. Perfect for gamers, athletes, and anyone who wants to measure and improve their reflexes. Live 1v1 Duels Challenge a friend to a real-time reflex showdown. Share a code over iMessage or jump into the public lobby for a quick match. Both phones fire the same stimulus at the exact same moment, with server-authoritative timing keeping every round fair. Best of 1, 3, 5, or 10 rounds. Fastest reaction wins. Friends, Stats & History (NEW) Your Profile now has three tabs: Stats for your personal bests, History for every session you've ever run, and Friends for the people you train against. Add friends by username, get a push notification when they accept, and tap any past session to see every individual rep. Compare reaction times head to head and track your progress over time. Three Difficulty Levels - Easy: punch when you see red - Medium: no early punches allowed - Hard: distractor flashes appear, only red counts Climb the Leaderboards Sign in with Apple to track personal bests and rank globally. Every solo session and every clean duel feeds the same leaderboard, ranked by mode, difficulty, and round count. Your duel results count toward your personal bests too. Key Features - Apple Watch integration with real-time accelerometer punch detection - Live 1v1 duels with server-synchronised stimulus timing - Public lobby and quick match for instant duels - Friends list with mutual approval and push notifications - Full session history with per-rep breakdown - Three difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard) - Customisable rounds (1 to 10 per session) - Per-round breakdown with average, best, and worst times - Global and weekly leaderboards - Personal bests tracked per mode and difficulty - Sign in with Apple (no email or password required) - Works with or without Apple Watch - No ads. Beep Test & PACER Trainer

Pass your beep test: precise beeps that never drift, results that actually save, and the exact target level for your agency. The multi-stage fitness test is simple and unforgiving ā run 20 metres, turn on the beep, do it again a little faster every minute. Almost everything that makes it hard to train for is a timing problem, so that is what this app gets right. BEEPS THAT DO NOT DRIFT The whole test is built as one continuous, sample-locked audio track ā not a repeating timer. Level 1 through level 21 stays in perfect time from the first beep to the last, with your screen locked, your phone in an armband, and your own music still playing underneath. A triple beep marks every level change, and a count-in gets you on the line. EVERY TEST SAVES ITSELF The moment you stop, the result is written: level and shuttle, shuttle count, distance, elapsed time and your estimated aerobic capacity. No Save button to forget. Your history and personal bests are there the next time you open the app, and the next time after that. THE LEVEL YOUR AGENCY ACTUALLY WANTS Pick who you are training for and the target sits on screen for the whole test, flipping the second you pass it: ⢠Australian Army ā general entry, combat support, special forces ⢠Royal Australian Air Force ā general entry, security forces, physical training instructor ⢠Royal Australian Navy ā clearance diver, physical training instructor ⢠NSW Police, Victoria Police, Queensland Police, South Australia Police, WA Police ⢠Queensland Fire and Rescue, Fire Rescue Victoria, NT Fire and Rescue ⢠UK police ā standard, public order, dog handler, authorised firearms officer ⢠British Army and UK fire and rescue Every entry shows where the number came from and the date it was checked. Standards change, so a custom target lets you set any level yourself. 20 METRES OR 15 METRES Both protocols, properly implemented. The 20 m test is the ADF and Australian standard: 21 levels, 247 shuttles, 4,940 metres. The 15 m test is what the UK police and fire Job Related Fitness Test actually runs on: 17 levels, its own shuttle times, its own scoring. Switch between them in one tap. ON YOUR WRIST Open Beep Test on your Apple Watch and your level and shuttle appear there, with a tap on every turn and a triple tap when the level steps up. Useful when your phone is at the end of the track and you are not. WORKS THE WAY YOU TRAIN ⢠One price, everything included ā no subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases ⢠Completely offline. No account, no sign-up, no data leaves your phone ⢠Estimated VO2 max from your score, with the fitness band it falls in ⢠Personal bests per course, a seven-day training strip, and your full history The beep test is a maximal effort. Warm up, run on a flat non-slip surface with clear space at both ends, and stop if you feel unwell. Estimated aerobic capacity is a fitness guide calculated from your score ā it is not a medical measurement or medical advice. Beep Test is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the agencies whose published target levels it lists. Always confirm the current requirement with the agency before you test.
