BACKTOLIFE — USE SOCIAL MEDIA WITH CONTROL Stop losing hours to Reels, Shorts, infinite feeds, and recommendations designed to keep you scrolling. BackToLife helps you use Instagram, YouTube, and X more intentionally by removing the most addictive elements from each platform. Important: BackToLife does not modify the official Instagram, YouTube, or X apps. It works by loading their web versions inside a controlled browsing environment, where you can apply filters to reduce distractions and regain control. HOW IT WORKS BackToLife opens social media platforms through their web versions inside the app. From there, you can activate filters to hide sections like Reels, Shorts, Explore, For You, suggestions, comments, notifications, or autoplay. This helps you open your social media to do what you actually intended to do, without falling into endless content. Your apps. Your rules. Your time. AVAILABLE FILTERS INSTAGRAM Hide Reels Hide Stories Hide likes and comments Hide Explore Hide suggestions DMs only mode Autoplay OFF Usage timer YOUTUBE Hide Shorts Hide comments Hide subscriptions Hide Home Usage timer X Hide Following Hide notifications Hide DMs Hide For You Hide Grok Usage timer STRICT SCHEDULE Choose time blocks where your configuration stays locked. For example: from 9:00 to 23:00 every day. During that schedule, you cannot disable filters or change your restrictions. Outside the strict schedule, you regain full control of your settings. It is designed to help you keep your limits when you need them most. STREAK Every day you complete your strict schedule adds one day to your streak. If you break the schedule by disabling filters during locked hours, your streak resets to zero. You can see your current streak and your record to track your progress in a simple, visual way. Consistency builds the streak. The streak reflects your progress. TIME METRICS See how much time you spend using these platforms. BackToLife shows daily, weekly, and monthly metrics so you can better understand your digital habits. PRIVACY BackToLife is designed with a privacy-first approach: Minimal data collection Local storage whenever possible No ads No selling or sharing your data with third parties Anonymous analytics to improve the app START NOW No complicated setup. Download BackToLife, activate your filters, and start using social media with more intention. Browse with control. Watch what you choose. Leave when you are done. BackToLife helps you regain control of your digital environment. Privacy Policy: https://backtolife.site/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): https://backtolife.site/terms

Brain Rot Control puts a pause between you and the apps you open without deciding to. When a protected app opens, a Screen Time shield lands first. You can stay out, or take a timed unlock — five, ten, or fifteen minutes that lock themselves back automatically. That single pause is the whole product. WHAT YOU GET - A shield before the app, not a report after it - Timed unlocks that re-lock on their own - Deep Detox: a stronger session for when you need the door shut - Bedtime, work, study, morning, and weekend windows with real hours and days - Brain Recovery: a score that moves when you stay out, finish a detox, or hold bedtime — never from a tap - A weekly recovery report: time reclaimed, opens prevented, longest detox, nights protected - Challenges built from what you actually did, not from streak theatre - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets HOW IT WORKS Setup starts with a few questions about where your time goes, then builds a protection plan around them. After that you pick the real apps and sites with Apple's own picker, and the first rule goes live. You test it immediately: open one of the blocked apps and watch the shield appear. HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS Screen Time settings always stay yours. Deep Detox makes leaving slow on purpose, but no app can stop you from changing Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings, and this one does not pretend otherwise. PRIVACY Your selected apps and recovery progress stay on your device. No account, no backend, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking. SUBSCRIPTION Yearly Pro includes a 3-day free trial. Monthly Pro is available without a trial. Everything above requires an active subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings.
