Kojent KanDo turns thoughts into tasks, with a simple interface that keeps your next step in view. Formerly ADHDO Tasks, it keeps your existing tasks and app identity while introducing the Kojent look and feel. CAPTURE A THOUGHT Hold Add to speak, or tap it to type. KanDo helps turn natural language into tasks, dates, checklists and recurring reminders. Share text or an image from another app to bring a task into KanDo. CHOOSE WHAT MATTERS Move between Today, Queue, Recurring and Habits from one clear menu. Review and edit the details, filter your queue, and focus on one task at a time. Break a larger task into smaller steps when you need a starting point. ORGANISE YOUR WORK Add an optional client and project to Work tasks. Choose a saved name or enter a new one. Your client and project lists stay on your device, and you can manage them in Settings. Recurring Work tasks keep the same allocation. KEEP PEOPLE IN MIND Create contact reminders and link a person you choose from your contacts. Contact access is optional. GET A LITTLE HELP Use AI help to find and work with your tasks. Review its suggestions before relying on them—AI can make mistakes. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR DAY Set quiet time, review phone permissions and revisit the gesture guide in a separate Settings screen. KanDo keeps the familiar tap and swipe interactions with a connected Contacts, Add and AI help bar. YOUR EXISTING TASKS STAY WITH YOU This is an update to ADHDO Tasks, not a separate replacement app. Your tasks remain on your device when you update.
