Talos is a private, local-first password manager for iPhone and iPad, built around the KDBX format. Create a new vault, open an existing KeePass-compatible KDBX database, or bring your existing passwords into Talos with Migration Assistant. Your encrypted vault stays under your control. Keep it entirely on your device or store it in your own iCloud Drive when you want access across devices. No Talos account or proprietary cloud is required. Migration Assistant makes it easy to move from supported password managers and credential formats. Review your imported data before saving it and start using Talos with the passwords and accounts you already have. Keep passwords, passkeys, 2FA codes, secure notes, payment cards, and private photos together in one encrypted KDBX vault. Talos also includes a strong password generator and its own password-strength engine. Generated passwords are evaluated based on how they are actually created, while passwords you enter yourself are checked for common and predictable patterns, sequences, repetition, substitutions, and other weak structures. Talos Premium brings the vault deeper into your everyday workflow with native password and passkey AutoFill, Face ID or Touch ID unlock, multiple vaults, Security Center, Files and Documents with on-device OCR, advanced protection for sensitive sections, and backup reminders. Security Center helps you identify weak, reused, or stale passwords, missing 2FA, backup issues, expiring documents, and card expiry dates, giving you a clearer view of your vault’s overall security. Files and Documents provide a private place for important records, with on-device OCR, metadata, related records, expiration details, and additional protection options. Private Photos can live alongside the rest of your encrypted data, with image processing performed on device. Privacy is built into everyday use with automatic locking, clipboard clearing, privacy screen protection, encrypted KDBX export, flexible backups, and Decoy Vault for an additional layer of privacy when you want a separate vault available. Talos combines KDBX and KeePass-compatible vaults with a modern, native experience designed for iPhone and iPad.
