CutAway is the video trimmer that should have been built into iOS. Trim your clips, merge them together, and export โ€” without re-encoding. Free. No ads. No subscriptions. No watermarks. No bloat. HEAR WHERE TO CUT CutAway is the only lightweight video trimmer with audio scrubbing. Hear exactly where people start and stop talking, so you never cut mid-sentence. Combined with a visual waveform and silence detection, finding the perfect cut point takes seconds โ€” not minutes. SCRUB, TAP, DONE Scrub to where you want to cut, then tap Cut Left or Cut Right. Everything on that side disappears. No start and end points. No tiny handles. Just scrub, tap, done. It's 2โ€“3x faster than any other trimmer. INSTANT EXPORT, ORIGINAL QUALITY Other trimmers re-encode your video โ€” slow, lossy, and battery-draining. CutAway uses passthrough export: same resolution, same codec, same frame rate. For single clips, export is nearly instant. MERGE WITHOUT COMPLEXITY Shot 40 clips at the Eiffel Tower? Trim each one to the highlights, arrange them in order, and export one combined video. No multi-track timelines. No learning curve. Trim, merge, done. CAPTURE THE PERFECT FRAME Found the perfect moment? Export the current frame as a high-quality photo. Perfect for thumbnails, social media, or saving a memory. PERFECT FOR โ€ข Reclaiming storage โ€” trim hours of footage to the good parts โ€ข Trip & event highlights โ€” combine a day's clips into one reel โ€ข Drone footage โ€” distill long flights to the best moments โ€ข Quick shares โ€” cut to the good part before sending โ€ข Thumbnails โ€” capture the perfect still frame KEY FEATURES โ€ข Audio scrubbing with waveform visualization โ€ข One-tap Cut Left / Cut Right โ€ข Split, delete, trim & reorder clips โ€ข Precision scrubbing โ€” pause your finger to zoom in โ€ข Passthrough export (no re-encoding) โ€ข Export full timeline, individual clips, or still frames โ€ข 50-level undo/redo โ€ข Pinch to zoom the timeline โ€ข Works directly with your Photos library โ€ข Non-destructive โ€” originals never modified โ€ข No ads. No watermarks. No third-party SDKs. โ€ข Your data never leaves your device.

About

Trim Forge

Features

Trim Forge helps you turn longer videos into focused clips without setting up a full editing project. It is especially useful for camera and drone recordings, including videos captured with DJI drones, when you want to keep only the flight highlights. Create a project, choose a video from your library, mark the parts you want to keep, preview the selected ranges, and export the result back to Photos. Trim Forge is built for practical clip preparation: saving drone footage highlights, cutting long recordings into shorter segments, and keeping simple trimming work organized by project. What you can do: - Create local projects for videos you want to trim. - Choose videos from your photo library. - Trim camera, drone, and DJI drone videos into focused clips. - Add one or more clip ranges to a project. - Set clip start and end points from the video preview. - Play selected clips in sequence before exporting. - Export selected ranges as one combined video. - Export selected ranges as separate clips. - Save exported videos back to Photos in a Trim Forge album. - Keep project data stored locally on your device. - Switch between system, light, and dark appearance. Trim Forge always uses lossless copy export, so compatible videos can be trimmed without re-encoding. Export support depends on the source video format and the device. Privacy: Trim Forge does not require an account and does not send your videos to a server. Project metadata is stored locally on your device. The app requests photo library access so you can choose source videos and save exported clips back to Photos. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
