Only7 vs NoteQuest

Most habit trackers let you add everything. You add 20 habits, feel overwhelmed, quit in a week, and feel guilty. Only7 is different. You get 7 slots. That's it. Choose the 7 habits that actually matter to you right now. Track them daily. Build real streaks. And when a habit becomes part of who you are — graduate it and make room for something new. THE RULE OF SEVEN Your brain has a limit. We enforce it. No clutter, no guilt, no 47-item checklist you'll never complete. Just 7 things that will change your life. COMMIT TO GRADUATE Track a habit for 28 consecutive days and it's ready to graduate — it's no longer something you do, it's something you are. Archive it in your Alumni Vault and open the slot for your next challenge. THE WAITING ROOM Have an 8th idea? No problem. Add it to the Waiting Room. When you graduate a habit, your waiting list is ready. Your growth never stops — it just stays focused. ALUMNI VAULT Every graduated habit lives on in your trophy case. See your full journey — graduation dates, final streaks, total completions. It's proof of how far you've come. AWARDS Earn and view your awards for habit milestones, streaks, and graduations.
