Every pet deserves a friend in the mail. MyTailMail pairs your dog or cat with a pen pal from our community, then helps you send them something real — a personalized postcard that we print and mail for you. You don’t need a printer, stamps, or a trip to the post office. Join themed exchanges throughout the year, each with a new theme, a new mystery pen pal, and a new digital stamp for your pet to collect. HOW IT WORKS 1. Build your pet’s profile in My Pack — their photo, breed, toys they love, and the things they can’t have. 2. Sign up for an exchange and write a note to your pet’s secret pen pal. 3. We match your pet with a pen pal whose personality fits. 4. We create, print, and mail the postcard for you. 5. When your TailMail arrives, the mystery is revealed: share a photo or video of the moment, discover who your pet’s new friend is, and unlock a private chat between pet parents. THE FRIENDSHIP DOESN’T HAVE TO END AT THE MAILBOX Once pets connect, their friendship can continue. Keep up with pen pals, make new Yard Pals, chat privately, and send personalized TailMail postcards to existing friends — printed and mailed by MyTailMail. THE YARD A gentler kind of pet community. Share the everyday moments that make your pet yours — the sunbeam they claimed, the nap in a strange position, the wait by the mailbox — and see what everyone else’s pets are up to. Every profile belongs to a real pet. Every friendship starts with connection, not follower counts. BUILT AROUND PRIVACY Your home address is never shared with the person sending your pet mail. MyTailMail handles fulfillment so your pet can receive TailMail without another member learning where you live. Your friendships can grow. Your address stays private. SAFETY IS STRUCTURED, NOT GUESSED Important pet information, including allergies and dietary restrictions, is recorded as structured information rather than buried in a free-text note someone could overlook. COLLECT YOUR PET’S STORY Every exchange adds a personalized and themed digital stamp to your pet’s collection — a growing record of the friendships, exchanges, and memories they’ve made through MyTailMail. A COMMUNITY THAT’S LOOKED AFTER Reporting and blocking are built into posts, messages, and profiles. Blocking works both ways, and you can manage blocked members from your profile. DOGS AND CATS Both, equally. Cats make excellent correspondents. REAL FRIENDSHIPS. REAL MAIL. MyTailMail brings together the convenience of technology and the joy of finding something personal in the mailbox. Because the best part of MyTailMail isn’t another notification. It’s seeing your pet’s name on the mail. — Purchases in MyTailMail are for physical goods, including personalized printed postcards and hand-created sticker sheets mailed to a real address. Digital stamps are included as part of the exchange experience.
