For pull-ups between daily tasks, GrooveLog spaces small sets throughout your day instead of packing them into one workout. Your current maximum is 8 pull-ups? At a 50% target, each set is 4 reps. Log it, leave your chosen gap and see what comes next. That’s Grease the Groove: repeat the movement without testing your limit every set. β€’ Cycles of 3 to 6 weeks, with targets at 40 to 60% of your reference. β€’ Pull-ups, push-ups, dips and holds such as planks or dead hangs. β€’ A journal to edit each set’s reps, time, load and effort. β€’ Optional reminders and a widget for your next set. Elapsed time does not measure recovery. β€’ A local backup you can export and restore into an unused library. Stop a movement for today without adding sets to tomorrow. Pause for pain or discomfort. Preview an objective to see the next cycle’s phases without starting anything or predicting a finish date. FREE AND PRO Logging, correction, local backup, history, rest controls, reminders and the objective preview are free. The app allows up to three active cycles on both tiers. Pro saves and follows named objectives across cycles, adds objective phases and cycles with additional load. References are compared at the same load. Indicative progress estimates require at least two completed comparable cycles and suitable measured results; insufficient data stays explicit. Logged time patterns are observations, not automatically scheduled reminders. Choose monthly, annual or lifetime Pro. The annual offer may include a seven-day trial for eligible accounts, as shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed in iOS Settings. Lifetime is one purchase. Pre-3.0 users retain their existing device-local Pro access. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. No account, ads, analytics or automatic cloud sync. Your journal stays on your device; exported files go only where you choose.
