Reflekt vs Keeproom

Talk it through. Reflekt is a calm AI journal for self-reflection: you write what's on your mind, and it answers with the questions that help you hear yourself. No advice, no lectures, no pep talk. REFLECTION Write a few words about your day, a worry or a feeling. Reflekt replies like a thoughtful listener — only gentle questions that help you notice what's really going on. Every conversation is saved, so you can come back and continue it. DIARY Sometimes you just need to write things down. The Diary tab is a quiet place for notes: open it, write, leave. It saves as you type. MY DIARY & FAVORITES All your reflections and notes in one timeline, tagged with the emotions you felt. Bookmark the entries that matter, edit your notes, delete what you no longer need. NAME WHAT YOU FEEL A dictionary of 152 feelings and emotions with clear explanations, to help you find the right word. STATISTICS See your average mood by week, month or year, and the emotions that keep coming back. ALWAYS AT HAND - Calendar and a home screen widget with a dot for every day you reflected - Mindful Minutes in Apple Health - Gentle daily reminders, off by default - Face ID lock to keep your diary private - Export to PDF, text or JSON - Available in 13 languages PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries are stored on your device, not in a cloud account. Reflekt Premium removes the limit — monthly or yearly, no free trial, cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Reflekt is not therapy and doesn't replace professional help. It's a mirror that helps you think more clearly about how you feel. Keeproom is a journal that reflects with you. You write about your day; it responds with one thoughtful question rather than advice, and remembers what matters so the next conversation picks up where you left off. The difference is where the thinking happens. Keeproom's AI runs entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device model. Your entries are never uploaded — not to us, not to Apple, not to any AI company. There is no account to create and no server to trust. It works in airplane mode, which is the simplest proof there is. WRITE HOWEVER SUITS YOU Type, or speak and let your iPhone transcribe it offline. Every entry is saved the moment you write it. A JOURNAL THAT REMEMBERS Keeproom keeps short notes about the people, plans and patterns you mention, so its questions get more useful over weeks rather than starting cold each time. Every note is visible in one place, quotes the words it came from, and can be deleted with a swipe. Nothing is remembered that you didn't write. SEE HOW THE WEEKS MOVE Mood over time, the themes that keep returning, and a short weekly observation — from your own entries, not from a template. YOURS ALONE Face ID lock. No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party code. The App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected", and it's exact. FREE The whole app. No subscription, no message limits, no paywall. Reflections require an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence. On other iPhones, everything else — writing, voice, search, insights, export and the lock — works as normal. Keeproom is a journal, not therapy. It doesn't diagnose or give medical advice.
