Reflekt vs Tessera

Talk it through. Reflekt is a calm AI journal for self-reflection: you write what's on your mind, and it answers with the questions that help you hear yourself. No advice, no lectures, no pep talk. REFLECTION Write a few words about your day, a worry or a feeling. Reflekt replies like a thoughtful listener — only gentle questions that help you notice what's really going on. Every conversation is saved, so you can come back and continue it. DIARY Sometimes you just need to write things down. The Diary tab is a quiet place for notes: open it, write, leave. It saves as you type. MY DIARY & FAVORITES All your reflections and notes in one timeline, tagged with the emotions you felt. Every day you can record how you feel, mark your habits, track your sleep and write notes. The app builds clear reports for the week, the month and the year - with charts, tables and prompts. See how your emotional state changes over time, which emotions prevail, which habits support you and which coincide with harder days. Find out how the length of your sleep affects how you feel, and discover connections between different parts of everyday life. The app needs no registration and no account: your diary lives on your device, not in someone else's cloud. Nothing leaves the phone - a backup appears only if you turn it on yourself, and it is encrypted on the device before it is sent. Tessera is a space for an honest conversation with yourself.
