Hourfall

Not everyone responds well to app blockers. For many people, hard limits feel frustrating, easy to ignore, or difficult to stick to. Hourfall takes a different approach. Instead of locking you out, Hourfall helps you build awareness in the moment. By showing your app usage live while you are actively using it, it becomes easier to notice when a quick check is turning into wasted time and make a conscious choice to stop. Track app usage live See your active app time in real time, right when it matters most. That immediate feedback makes it easier to notice when a quick check is turning into a long scroll. Switch into focus fast When you are ready to stop, start a built-in focus session and move directly into deep work, study, or uninterrupted time. See wasted time vs. saved time Your dashboard gives you a simple view of how much time was lost to distraction and how much time you intentionally protected for focus. Review your habits over time Explore daily and weekly stats to spot patterns, identify your biggest distractions, and measure your progress. Stay aware from your Home Screen Use widgets and quick actions for faster access to your stats, sessions, and daily progress. Fits your routine Customize time boundaries and session behavior so tracking works the way your day actually works. Private by design Your usage data stays on your device. Hourfall processes tracking locally, so your personal habits stay private. Whether you want to reduce doomscrolling, study with fewer interruptions, or build stronger focus habits, Hourfall helps you notice more, scroll less, and use your time with more intention. Hush Habit

Hush Habit is a private, local-first field journal for observing recurring routines. Define one behavior, write a working hypothesis, choose an interruption plan, and record what actually happened without streak pressure or an opaque score. PROTOCOL LAB Create a 3-to-30-day observation window with a baseline estimate, planned pause, replacement action, and reversible environment edit. Keep one protocol active at a time, review progress, and preserve completed protocols in an archive. CUE ATLAS Inspect direct counts from your saved observations: cue labels, time bands, outcomes, replacement use, observed days, and the median of urge values you entered. Every summary exposes its denominator and calculation boundary. SEARCHABLE JOURNAL Filter observations by cue or outcome, search notes and protocol names, edit records, and remove entries you no longer want. Sample records make the complete workflow reviewable from the first launch and disappear when you save your own work. SOURCE-LINKED PRACTICE DECK Browse 12 illustrated field exercises for cue snapshots, if-then plans, short pauses, replacement menus, environment edits, factual review, and bounded protocols. Five primary literature notes link directly to DOI source pages. PORTABLE, PRIVATE RECORDS Export a PDF field report, CSV observation rows, plain-text summary, or JSON workspace backup. Restore a backup by merge or replace. Optional local reminders are requested only after you enable them. No account, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDK, subscription, or developer-operated backend is required. Records stay in the app's local container unless you intentionally share an export. Hush Habit is a personal observation journal. It does not diagnose, prevent, or treat a medical or mental-health condition.
