Split expenses with your partner without spreadsheets or awkward talks. Couplesplit logs purchases from your bank notifications and shows who owes whom, split 50/50 or by income. Shared money lives in Ours. Personal money lives in Mine, and only you can see it. The two never mix. PURCHASES THAT LOG THEMSELVES Bought groceries for $42.90? When your bank's notification arrives, the expense is already in Couplesplit. • Bank notifications: on iOS 27, purchases log themselves from the notifications your bank already sends. • Apple Pay: from iOS 18, what you buy with Apple Pay is logged too. • No passwords and no bank connection. It runs through an automation in the Shortcuts app. • Captured purchases arrive private, in Mine. You decide what moves to Ours. NEW IN 1.8 • Your month vs. your usual: see if you're spending more or less than your usual pace, and which categories explain it. • Fixed payments: rent, utilities and subscriptions in one place, with a calendar and a notification before each due date. Shared or just yours, never mixed. • How you split: what each of you put in this month, and what your incomes say it should be. Change your salary or the split directly; your partner gets a notification and can pause the change to talk it over. • Half-month balance: your balance broken down by half-month, ideal if your salary arrives twice a month. • Expense organizer: sort uncategorized expenses in a few taps. • Share suggestions: personal expenses that look like household ones are gathered for you to review. Nothing is shared until you say so. SPLIT FAIRLY, SETTLE UP CLEARLY • Split 50/50, by income or with your own percentage • Who owes whom in real time, synced on both phones • Settle up the full balance or only through last month • Couplesplit never moves money: you send the transfer from your bank and record it in the app • A notification when your partner adds an expense PLAN TOGETHER • Shared spending limits, with notifications at 80%, 90% and 100% • Installments and recurring expenses • Trips in the local currency, converted to your home currency, and kept out of your monthly spending if you want • Reports by category and trend, plus your Monthly Wrapped • Home screen widgets • Import your shared history from a CSV file • 70+ categories, 100+ currencies and 6 languages COUPLESPLIT PRO Everything in Couplesplit is part of Pro. Start with a 14-day free trial. One subscription covers both of you, whichever phone each of you uses. Invite another couple and both couples get 1 month of Pro free. Couplesplit Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. It is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. dupla is the finance app for couples. One shared money life, seen through two completely personal apps: each of you has your own account, your own look and your own language, over the same shared ledger. MINE AND OURS Every expense goes on one of two lists. "Ours" shows up on both phones at once, already split. "Mine" never leaves yours. Privacy is symmetric: neither of you can see the other's personal spending. SPLIT THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY DO • Fifty-fifty • By income, so each contributes in proportion to what they earn • A fixed percentage you choose • All shared: no debts, just tracking For a one-off expense, change it on the spot: 50/50, all me, all my partner. dupla does the math and remembers how each expense was split. A BALANCE THAT IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE Who owes whom and how much, netted across everything you share. Settling up is one tap, and the history stays. PESOS AND DOLLARS Log each expense in the currency you paid in. The day's exchange rate is saved with it, so the balance doesn't move when the dollar does. Switch the whole app between ARS and USD with a tap. WORKS OFFLINE Log the expense on the subway or in the basement supermarket. It's saved on your phone and syncs on its own when you're back online, in the order you entered it. THREE TAPS TO LOG Amount, list, category. Done. Date, note, receipt photo and tags are there if you want them, never in the way. OR JUST SAY IT Hold + and say one or more expenses: "12,000 at the supermarket, it's shared; and 3,500 for gas, mine". dupla makes a card for each one, with the amount, category, who paid and tags, and you review them before anything is saved. MORE THAN A LEDGER • Personal and shared budgets with monthly limits • A shared savings goal you both contribute to • Shared lists for groceries, wishes and trips • Recurring expenses: rent, bills and subscriptions load themselves every month • Monthly stats by category and by tag • Mercado Pago sync (optional): your movements arrive on their own and you pick which to log TWO APPS, ONE REALITY Pair once with a code. Each of you uses your own phone, even on different platforms. Each of you picks a theme (thirteen to choose from), a language and a display currency. The shared part syncs on its own. YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES We never ask for bank credentials. If you want, connect Mercado Pago from Settings: you authorize it on Mercado Pago's own page, dupla only reads your movements (it can't pay or move money) to suggest them as expenses, and you decide which ones to log. Disconnect any time.Without that connection nothing is read: you enter expenses yourself. If you add expenses by voice, the recording is turned into text byoutside services and deleted as soon as it's processed. Export everything to CSV any time, and delete your account from inside the app. Start solo and invite your partner whenever you like.
