Know your flash settings before you shoot โ not after three test frames. FlashFlash is a manual flash calculator built on the Guide Number method. It solves in both directions: POWER CALCULATOR Set your aperture. FlashFlash tells you exactly what power fraction to dial in โ 1/4, 1/16, whatever the shot needs. APERTURE RECOMMENDER Set your power level. FlashFlash tells you exactly which f-stop to use. Battery-constrained, locked into a specific power level, planning a shot before you arrive โ this is the tab for it. No test shots. No chimping. Enter your settings, read the answer, nail the exposure. WHAT YOU ENTER ยท Guide Number โ type it manually or pick from 100+ built-in presets (Godox, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Profoto, Elinchrom, and more) ยท ISO ยท Aperture or power level โ depending which tab you're on ยท Flash-to-subject distance ยท Flash zoom from 24 mm to 200 mm ยท Filter compensation for gels, diffusers, and softboxes WHAT YOU GET ยท The exact power fraction or f-stop, snapped to a real standard setting ยท Effective GN and Required GN โ so you know exactly how much headroom you have ยท A live scene visualization: your flash, your subject, your light cone, updating in real time ยท A power bar showing at a glance how hard your flash is working ON CAMERA OR OFF FlashFlash always asks for flash-to-subject distance โ not camera-to-subject. Because when your flash is on a stand three feet from your subject and you are eight feet away, those numbers are not the same. And that difference is everything. FULLY OFFLINE No account. No network connection. No subscription. One purchase. Your settings are saved on your device. Works anywhere you shoot.
Silver Lab
Read full descriptionHide full description
Developing film should feel like a craft, not a calculation. Silver Lab is a darkroom timer built for film photographers who want to focus on the process and not the math. Select your film stock and developer, dial in your temperature and push/pull, and Silver Lab handles the rest. Development times are pulled from an extensive B&W film chart and automatically adjusted for temperature compensation and push/pull processing. For C-41 color negative, the full standardized process is built in and ready to go. When the timer starts, Silver Lab guides you through every stage โ agitation cycles, stop bath, fixer, and optional Permawash and Photo-Flo steps. The animated agitation timer tells you exactly when to agitate and when to let the film sit, so you can put the phone down between cycles and not think about it. Features - Automatic development time calculation across a large library of B&W film stocks and developers - Temperature compensation and push/pull adjustment - Configurable agitation timing โ set your own initial agitation, rest interval, and cycle duration, independently for Developer and Fixer - Optional Permawash and Photo-Flo steps - C-41 color negative process with push/pull support - Screen stays on throughout development - Live Activity functionality for longer developments - No accounts. No ads. No data collection. Everything runs locally on your device.
