About

Personal Trainer Log

Features

Rep is a client log for independent personal trainers and strength coaches: each client's goals, injuries and limits, every session's sets and reps, and who has paid, together on your iPhone. CLIENT PROFILES - Contact details, age, height, weight and goal weight - Primary goal (strength, muscle gain, endurance, mobility, sport-specific and more), goal notes and timeline - Injuries, movement restrictions and medical clearance notes; injuries show in red on the client's card and while you log a session - Experience level, training preferences, equipment, schedule notes, session rate and coaching notes - A status for each client (active, on hold, prospect, former), with search and filters SESSION LOG - Start a session from Home or from the client's page - Pick exercises from the built-in library (68 exercises: chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, core, cardio, mobility) and log weight and reps for every set - Add the session type, duration, the client's energy, your notes and the payment status: paid, paid from a package, unpaid or comp - Home shows how many sessions you logged today, this month's income estimate and your latest sessions - Optional daily reminder at 8 AM to log the day's sessions PROGRAMS Build programs with a goal, a length in weeks, days per week and a split (upper/lower/full, push/pull/legs, full body or your own), then add workout days with exercises, sets and rep targets. REP PRO Everything above is free for up to 5 clients and 2 programs, with the last 3 months of session history in the Workouts tab. Rep Pro removes those limits and adds: - Strength progress per client: a chart of the heaviest weight per session for any exercise, and a personal records board - Body measurements: weight, body fat, chest, waist, hips, biceps and thighs, with progress photos (first and latest side by side) and trend charts - Attendance and payment report per client: sessions in total, in the last 30 days and the share paid - Income dashboard: this month, year to date and a six-month trend, based on each client's session rate - 8 message templates (welcome, session reminder, check-in, payment reminder and more) to copy into any messaging app - CSV export of a client's session history - AI Advisor: AI-generated ideas on program changes, stalled lifts and recovery for one client. To answer, Rep sends that client's profile (including injuries and restrictions) and recent sessions to an AI service, only when you ask. The ideas are not medical advice. With iCloud turned on, your records sync through your iCloud account. No sign-up is needed. In the US, Rep Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (US prices; other countries see their own price in the app). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
