Beast is a workout tracker with no account and no subscription. Import years of training from another app, then log your next session in about ten seconds. SWITCH WITHOUT STARTING OVER Most workout trackers make you start at zero. Export your data from the app you use today and Beast reads it. Years of training, thousands of sets. Your PRs, your volume, your charts and your muscle map are all there on day one. LOG A SET IN ONE TAP Beast shows what you lifted last time next to every set. Repeating it? One tap on the checkmark logs it. Going heavier? Type the number and tap. Warm-up, working, drop and failure sets each get their own badge, and warm-ups never disturb your set numbering or steal a personal record. A REST TIMER THAT KEEPS RUNNING Rest starts itself the moment you log a set. Adjust it by 15 seconds, skip it, or leave the app entirely. A notification tells you when rest is up, even with your phone locked. 500+ EXERCISES, PLUS YOUR OWN Browse a library of hundreds of movements with instructions, filtered by muscle and equipment. Anything missing, you add yourself. A custom exercise fills in the muscle map and earns records exactly like a built-in one. SEE EVERY MUSCLE YOU TRAINED Every workout gets a muscle heat map: front and back body maps shaded by how much volume each muscle actually took, with a ranked breakdown underneath. Your profile shows the same map across your entire training history, so a neglected muscle group is impossible to miss. WATCH YOUR LIFTS GO UP Every exercise has its own progress chart: heaviest set, estimated 1RM or total volume, plotted session by session. Personal records are stamped onto the workout that earned them, so you can see the day you hit them. YOUR WHOLE TRAINING LOG, ADDED UP The profile tab is your lifetime numbers: total volume lifted, workouts completed, week-by-week training streaks, an activity grid of every day you trained, and your best set on every lift you have ever done. Tap any day to open that workout. FIX A WORKOUT LATER Logged 225 when you meant 245? Every finished workout is fully editable: title, date, duration, units, notes and every set of every exercise. Correct a weight and the personal record hands itself back to the workout that really earned it. BUILT FOR LIFTERS Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable or bodyweight. Push-pull-legs, upper-lower, full body, 5x5, or whatever you wrote on the back of an envelope. Beast does not tell you what to train. It keeps an honest record of the work you did.
