ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym locks your most distracting apps until you exercise. Earn screen time with pushups, squats, jumping jacks and more. Your camera counts every rep on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded. HOW IT WORKS • Select the apps you want to block (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more) • Exercise to earn minutes. • Using your selected apps spends those minutes • When your minutes run out, those apps lock until you exercise again 8 WAYS TO EARN SCREEN TIME • Pushups and diamond pushups • Squats and lunges • Jumping jacks • Crunches • Overhead reach, a gentle option for any fitness level • Memory Tiles, a quick brain game for when you can't move FEATURES • AI rep counting: On-device pose detection counts each rep and checks your form in real time. • Strict Mode: An optional extra lock you can turn on. While it's on, you can add apps to your lock list but can't remove any. Turning it off takes reps, a timer or a friend's approval, so a weak moment can't undo your plan. • Adjustable rewards: Choose how many minutes each rep earns. • Streaks and badges: Build a daily habit, from your first workout to a 365-day streak. • Usage dashboard: See your daily screen time and your top 5 most-used apps. PERMISSIONS • Camera: Counts your reps while you exercise. Video is processed on your device and is never recorded, stored or uploaded. The camera is never on in the background. • Screen Time (Family Controls): Uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock the apps you choose. It is used only to enforce the limits you set, and your app usage data is never shared. • Motion & Fitness: Helps count your reps accurately alongside the camera. • Notifications: Tells you when your screen time is running low, so you can earn more before your apps lock. SUBSCRIPTION ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym needs a subscription to use. New subscribers start with a 3-day trial. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase, or when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. About

RepLock

Features

Your apps stay locked until you've earned them. RepLock blocks the apps that eat your day. To unlock them, there's exactly one way: real exercise, counted by your camera. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps to block. RepLock shields them with Apple's Screen Time technology. 2. When you want your apps back, do squats or pushups, or hold a plank. Your camera verifies every rep, live and on-device. 3. Reps become minutes in your balance. Spend them whenever you want — your screen time waits for you. WHY REPLOCK IS DIFFERENT — A balance, not a stopwatch. Every verified rep deposits minutes into your bank. Save them up, spend them when it counts. — Strict by design. No skip button, no "just five more minutes", no escape hatch. The shield stays until the reps are done. — Three verified exercises. Squats, pushups, and planks — each checked live by on-device body detection. — You set the exchange rate. From 0.1 to 5 minutes per rep, per exercise. Make it as expensive as you need it to be. — Get-ready countdown and a live rep counter, so setup movements never count as reps. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE Everything that matters happens on your iPhone. No account. No ads. No tracking. Camera frames are processed in real time on-device and are never stored or sent anywhere. The only thing RepLock sends is anonymous usage statistics (which screens are used, how many sessions are completed) — never linked to you, never sold. REPLOCK PRO Start with a free trial, then one simple yearly subscription. Unlimited app blocking, all three exercises, every feature included. You already know willpower isn't enough — you've tried the timers and the limits. Put your screen time behind something that actually costs effort. Doomscrolling got you here. Squats will get you out. Privacy Policy: https://0xcssh.github.io/replock-legal/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://0xcssh.github.io/replock-legal/terms.html
