ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym locks your most distracting apps until you exercise. Earn screen time with pushups, squats, jumping jacks and more. Your camera counts every rep on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded. HOW IT WORKS • Select the apps you want to block (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more) • Exercise to earn minutes. • Using your selected apps spends those minutes • When your minutes run out, those apps lock until you exercise again 8 WAYS TO EARN SCREEN TIME • Pushups and diamond pushups • Squats and lunges • Jumping jacks • Crunches • Overhead reach, a gentle option for any fitness level • Memory Tiles, a quick brain game for when you can't move FEATURES • AI rep counting: On-device pose detection counts each rep and checks your form in real time. • Strict Mode: An optional extra lock you can turn on. While it's on, you can add apps to your lock list but can't remove any. Turning it off takes reps, a timer or a friend's approval, so a weak moment can't undo your plan. • Adjustable rewards: Choose how many minutes each rep earns. • Streaks and badges: Build a daily habit, from your first workout to a 365-day streak. • Usage dashboard: See your daily screen time and your top 5 most-used apps. PERMISSIONS • Camera: Counts your reps while you exercise. Video is processed on your device and is never recorded, stored or uploaded. The camera is never on in the background. • Screen Time (Family Controls): Uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock the apps you choose. It is used only to enforce the limits you set, and your app usage data is never shared. • Motion & Fitness: Helps count your reps accurately alongside the camera. • Notifications: Tells you when your screen time is running low, so you can earn more before your apps lock. SUBSCRIPTION ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym needs a subscription to use. New subscribers start with a 3-day trial. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase, or when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Per Push

Features

Years of your life go to your phone. Per Push puts a daily budget on the apps you pick. When it's spent, they lock. Do push-ups or squats to earn minutes back. You ignore the limit, uninstall, and reinstall a few days later. Most blockers don't last. Per Push is built to stick around longer. You set a daily budget. Apps lock with Apple's Screen Time shield when it runs out. Push-ups or squats earn more minutes. Your iPhone counts reps with Apple's Vision framework. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. How it works 1. Choose the apps that pull you in. 2. Set your daily screen-time budget. 3. Use those apps until the budget runs out, then they lock with Apple's Screen Time shield. 4. Do push-ups or squats to earn more minutes. Rep counting uses Apple's Vision framework on your iPhone. Camera frames are processed live and not stored. What you get Budget & blocking • Apps lock when your daily budget runs out, not the moment you install • Custom earn rate and optional Hard Mode (start each day at zero) • Earned time re-locks when minutes run out; notifications can remind you to earn more • Pause when you need a break (monthly streak passes) Exercise & progress • Push-ups and squats counted on-device with Apple's Vision framework • Reps, streaks, minutes earned, milestones, and personal records • App usage breakdown for your blocked apps Perspective & privacy • Life-years view shows how daily phone use fits against your whole life • No account, no cloud, no tracking Your time, in perspective During setup, Per Push maps your daily phone use against a lifetime view: years lived, time sleeping, time on screen. It is a personal insight tool, not a promise about results. You decide what that time is worth. Privacy All pose detection runs on your iPhone using Apple's Vision framework. Camera video is processed live for rep counting only. Nothing is recorded or leaves your device. Subscriptions Per Push is free to try. Full access requires a subscription after your trial. Available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation or when the free trial ends.
