Rereading works — for about five minutes. A week later, the students who had tested themselves recalled 61% of the ideas from the text; those who had only reread recalled 40% (Roediger & Karpicke, Psychological Science, 2006). KORTEK tests you, one moment before you forget. Tell KORTEK what you want to learn. Anything: science, history, languages, finance, law, music theory. It writes a short lesson for you, checks what stuck with a quick quiz, then schedules the exact moments to bring it back. WHAT YOU GET • A daily session, already planned — a few reviews, one new idea, about 15 minutes • Memory Score: see what is actually holding in your head, and what is fading • Exam mode: give it a date, it builds the plan backwards from your test • Turn your own notes into lessons: photograph a page • An on-demand tutor: stuck on something? It explains at your level • A league that rewards consistency, nothing else WHY IT WORKS Spaced repetition is one of the most studied effects in memory science. Reviewing at increasing intervals — one day, three days, a week, a month — keeps knowledge alive with a fraction of the effort of cramming. KORTEK does the scheduling for you. Five minutes one day, fifteen the next. What matters is coming back. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://kortek.app/legal
