Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Flipzo at 4.9 against Comixa's 3.0. Flipzo also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Comixa sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Flipzo sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Flipzo holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flipzo has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
