Every subscription, recurring bill, and one-time payment in one place, so nothing renews, charges, or expires without you knowing first. Add a service in seconds. Search for it and Blips fills in the logo, category, typical billing cycle, and currency automatically. The only thing you need to type is the price. Everything Blips fills in for you is still yours to edit, and you can always add something manually with a custom icon or photo instead. STAY AHEAD OF EVERY RENEWAL • Calendar and Timeline views show exactly what's due, day by day • Reminders notify you before a renewal or a one-time payment is due • Free trials get their own reminder before they convert to paid • Pause, cancel, or schedule a status change in advance, and Blips keeps the full history SEE THE REAL COST • Every billing cycle is supported: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, or yearly • Track subscriptions in different currencies and see true totals converted to one • Price history logs every time a subscription's cost changes • If your actual charge date shifts, update it and every future charge follows • What you owe on a shared subscription gets its own history, updated every time it changes • Toggle any subscription between its as-billed price and a per-month or per-year estimate • Set a monthly or yearly budget for any category or space, and see how your spending compares • Group by status, category, space, or billing cycle, and sort by price to spot what's worth cutting STAY ORGANIZED • Group each subscription into a space: personal, shared, and work come built in, or create your own, like family, and filter or group by it • Log one-time purchases too, and filter or group them apart from recurring subscriptions • Preset categories for streaming, software, gaming, fitness, cloud storage, and more • Tag each subscription with the payment method you used for it • Mark a subscription as shared and split it with the people you share it with. Your totals count only your share, with the full price a tap away YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Blips has no analytics, no ads, and no outside trackers, ever. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Blips at 5.0 against Control's 4.3. Control's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Control sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Blips sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Blips holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Control has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 96% of Control's written reviews are positive against 100% of Blips's.
Control ships an update every 3 days, Blips every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
